I chose this property because of its great location next to the port. It is significantly more rundown than it appears in the pictures. The area leading to the breakfast room has a terrible funky smell. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly. I ended up cutting my stay short and moving to a different hotel for the same price.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Nice view of the beach. Inna the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was outdated but it was comfortable and convenient for us. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Large rooms by Tel Aviv port - a bit far from the main action of the city but a fun 15 minute scooter ride away. Loved the breakfast room with its 1920s vibe and music and the whole decor of the hotel. Beds were also very comfortable

Spacious room, friendly staff, good location. Excellent breakfast. Could be 4-star if the facilities were better maintained. I had to advise them about a window that didn't lock properly and was open to the weather when it was windy. Emergency door to stairwell couldn't be opened when lift didn't work. Maid ignored my preference to retain towels and didn't properly replace bath mat and hand towels. In short, potentially a great hotel, if properly managed and maintained.

We didnt stay it wasnt nice their rooms was big but all the rest is old and not so clean. The location is perfect !! But you can find beter hotels in tel aviv that will give you a beter stay .

My wife and I loved the room. It was beautifully decorated and was very cool and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this property. All the staff was very nice.

We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is old and dingy, the hallways smell awful, the room was old and dusty. The only good part was the bathroom which was updated seemingly recently. The hotel is so dark that it almost feels unsafe.

Ideally located and breakfast was perfect.

Check-in took us 40 min for two rooms. The lady at the reception was struggling and also her pc was logging off every few min. The cleaning ladies didnt do a good job at all including putting one set of clean towels the 2nd and 3rd day and left the showers dirty with the dirty towels. Check out was also way too long compare to what it should take, about 20 min

Great location, well-kept facility, no complaints

The first thing you must know there is a disco close to the lobby and outside in the garden, therefore until 3-4 in the night it’s impossible to sleep. The hotel it’s located in a very noisy area and need a deep cleaning. i needed to ask to clean the window and it’s seems like some months passed since the last time they have made it … There is a front desk but the lobby is located some meters distance, therefore is not conformtable . Not kosher hotel and it has not a good service . Check in very slowly and only one person work

The service was amazing. Super friendly people in the hotel. Overall great!

It was terrible,the room was tiny and the smell was of mold, no parking, in the evening the hotel was so noisy we couldn't sleep.the breakfast was so bad we even didnt drink coffee, the service in the reception was misleading. They told us a day before we're going to get a voucher for breakfast. And in the morning they decided that there's no such a thing in their hotel. The vice president if the hotel knew that we paid for the breakfast, and knew that we are going without eating their breakfast, and she didn't say a word. She ignored us. I don't recommend you. Think twice before making the biggest mistake.

The room was filthy. Visible stains on the bed and sofa. Gross!

Choose the location for the close proximity to the amazing port area. Just a minutes walk to bars and shopping in the sea. A few more minutes to the beach. The room is large and comfortable with a spectacular breakfast buffet. Best I’ve had and I travel abroad extensively. Loved the bar in the hotel too. The staff were very flexible and accommodating.

We have stayed here before Play hotel took it over and it has gone down from a very friendly hotel to one where there is no interaction with you as a guest.

I love this hotel. Fabulous location. Close to the ocean, shopping, amazing restaurants and more. The hotel is super cute with nice lounge and bar area. Room was clean and spacious especially for a city. I cancelled reservations later in my trip at another hotel to return to this one.

The rooms are dirty, facing the construction site, the reception is not smart enough to give money back they took more and refused to get it back. The breakfast is cold, and no one puts more if it's gone. Service is nowhere to be found at all. And the dirtyness as it's best

I would say that if not close to the port and reasonable priced, I would not come back (but I usually do, as there's not other options in the area). The service is OK, though the idea of quick check-in is similar to everyone else's normal check-in. And one thing to remember, a smile goes a long way... BUT the cleaning and regular maintenance of the hotel and rooms are laughable! The bed is made, but I think that's it, when it comes to cleaning. No wiping of surfaces or vacuuming. I even did a test; lay a piece of paper (for the bin) on the floor - when I came back, in the evening, the paper was still on the floor and still dust on every surface. The breakfast is on par, but again a smile goes a long way.

Terrific location, helpful staff, young vibe, every amenity, very practical in terms of meeting visitors’s needs. Will stay at Port and Blue again!

Lovely room, great location by Tel-Aviv Port, and fabulous breakfast! Btw, the restaurant, Fantastic, opens at 18:00 and is fabulous, from host to the bar servers! Staff at the hotel, front desk and breakfast room were all helpful and very gracious. I will definitely return!

Staff was mostly uninterested in our experience with them. Rooms were not clean. We liked the location and the room size.

Great place to stay

Nicely appointed room in a great location. Ilona, at the front desk, has been super helpful and everyone has been available to answer our needs. We will definitely think of returning on our next visit to TA.
