I usually love staying here, but this time was not a good experience. I needed an accessible room due to having hip replacement surgery. Night 1, the TV didn’t work. It was up high and I couldn’t reach it to check hdmi connection or see the numbers on the cable box when I called support (as noted on the laminated paper in the room). I was on the phone over 30 minutes without success. The office staff was super nice and helpful. She had it working when I got back from dinner. Day 3, the shower flooded the bathroom because the water wasn’t draining properly. My daughter took a shower not longer than 10 minutes and water was everywhere. Again, office staff was very apologetic and sent housekeepers to take away the wet bath rugs and provide plastic bags for my wet clothes. The bed was not the most comfortable. I could feel the springs. I used a lot of pillows to try to get comfortable. At least the heater was working and the room was warm at night.

Everything was great! The space, location, and cleanliness were on point. They even accommodated our early check in request which was appreciated as we had a party to attend at 4pm the same time as check in. My only issue was that there wasn’t a door on the main bedroom. There was no privacy between the common space and the bedroom. Wasn’t a major problem for our stay. I’m sure it’s on the fix it list. We will definitely stay again!

It was a great location for being close to Pismo Beach and Oceana, California area. The only disadvantage was we were right on the main road for the entrance to pismo beach and did not realize that it would be that busy with traffic most of the day and into the sunset hours. The staff were very considerate, and took care of our needs, as best they could.

Lovely beach vacation condo, comfortable and well equipped with amenities. Easy check-in and out. Lobby staff was very friendly and available. We did not get our check in email until we actually arrived and spoke with the staff. That wasn’t a problem, but I did worry I was missing something. Great location with easy beach access and walkable access to trails, and dining and shopping.

I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years and lately the condition of the property and buildings has really gone downhill. I still enjoyed my stay but the condition of the property really needs an overhaul to keep it looking fresh and appealing.

One block walk to beach, pull out couch was uncomfortable but king bed was good. Has all soaps needed. Quiet property.

My room was perfect! Has everything it said it did, the bed was so comfortable too! We used the grill outside to Bbq & have a good time. The washers/dryers are easy to use with a fee of $2. Definitely staying here again!

Bed was comfortable and room was cozy. Easy to get transportation to and from, easy walk to the beach and store for ice/snacks/drinks. Walls a little thin and could hear neighbors but otherwise quiet and comfortable.

The condo was just perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen, huge bedroom and ok living room. Tv in the LR and a small one in the BR. The carpet in the unit is a little worn and mattress not the best.

This hotel gives the best bang for your buck. Our room was clean but a little worse for wear. There were gashes in the walls where you could see artwork had been torn off & the bathroom could use a little work. Otherwise wonderful amenities in the room & very friendly staff. Best affordable place to stay in the Pismo/ Grover Beach area.

Super quick and easy to check in. The feont desk staff was efficient and very nice. A parking pass and code for your room are provided upon arrival. Our room had all the amenities described. Only complaint is wishing or knowing if there was/is a non smoking area. Every time we left or came back to our room we had to walk through cigarette smoke because our neighbors smoked on their patio. Just makes it a little bit difficult when you have kids with asthma. Other than that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. They feel very welcoming.

The room was not what I had reserved. The shower head came off the first night I arrived and hit me while I’m the shower. The window shades do not have a draw string to open and close so anybody walking on the street could see inside to the bathroom area. The room had a mildew smell to it also. Property management were diligent in fixing the shower head but advertising for the overall property is terrible as you may not get what you paid for. We will not be staying here again.

Dated and dirty. The pictures over embellish the rooms and the property . Linens were stained and towels were like sandpaper! The hot tub was old and yellow. Will never go back!!

They had the water heater fixed early in the morning! Wish i was informed since i have a 3month and 16month kids. They woke up crying from the banging and drilling!! And we had rude neighbors ontop of us. Stomping down for us to be quiet at 9 oclock when we have little children!!
