I have stayed here the last four years and never had a problem! We love it!

Super friendly staff. Great food at Margaritas on the rocks. The only negative experience is the tv didn't work in our room.

We loved this place!! It's in the heart of town with a great bar attached. The staff was so welcoming and kind. We had a big group and they accommodated us all, no problem. It doesn't have its own pool but we were able to get into the Sand Bar down the street with no extra charge, which was great! Right in the heart of town. Very clean. I wish the family suite had at least another 1/2 bath in one of the rooms, but it's nothing to knock a star off for since all the other factors were great. Highly recommend. Will go back!

Fantastic place, beautiful deck overlooking Main Street area. Extremely clean, very kind staff that even called when room was ready.

Great place to stay for the trip we had, super close to the lake, restaurant and bar on site, perfect outside seating to relax outside. Shops are in walking distance, great price on golf cart rental. The staff were great, very quickly took care of a small issue, we will stay here again

It is 2 minutes from the peir. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room was huge.

The staff was friendly, the room was OK (beds fine, clean). The negative...the spiders that came out at night (2-night stay in Mid-June). Didn't expect the spiders at $250 a night.

This was our second time staying here. This place is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit we got this time, the hot water tank went out completely and we were staying there another night - there were 10 of us staying there. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to stay in the unit next to us for our last night AND allow us keep our place that didn’t have hot water. Hands down - excellent customer service!! We will be staying there again.

This was our first time on the Island and we didn't want to leave. The room was comfortable and clean. The service was laid back but effective.

The owner is extremely helpful and great golf cart rental fees.

The manger was one of the kindest ladies ever! She made our check in extremely smooth and she helped us out with travel around the island. Our stay here was peaceful and relaxing.

Nice place. Great location. Great workers. Would stay again if available. sleeps 10 people, but they sneak a secret fee of $25 more per person over 4 people. Wasn't the happiest about that.

Needed a place to stay one night on the island. This place served its purpose. Check-in was easy. People in the office seemed nice. Place was clean and quiet for our stay…not sure how quiet it is during the weekend or over holidays. One thing i should point it is the tiny shower…had to use geometry to get the right angles for and adequate cleaning. Toilet area is very cramped. I’m 51 years old and have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years, but never experienced a shower as small as this one and a toilet area as cramped as this one.

This is the only place we stay on the island anymore. Very nice, fresh rooms, outstanding and thoughtful staff, and a perfect t location!

The property was clean and had a nice view from the balcony of the monument and lake. It was right in the heart of the small town with lots of shops and places to eat and things to do! I especially appreciated that the tiki bar opened late and closed early so that the live music did not disturb guests.

Room was huge and very clean with small fridge, microwave, large private patio right off the room in the heart of downtown puttin bay so could walk to everything if we didnt want to use the golf cart.
