We booked a last-minute, one night stay with our grandkids. Check-in was super easy and the location is fantastic. The room was very clean and our stay was everything we wanted.

We found that hotel was older amd not in beat ahape. Sayed ocean view but you had to stamd on tippy toes from g round floor to see the ocean. We had cobwebs and spiders all over the ceiling and we killed some. The bathroom was not updated and had no lotion, shampoo or conditioner that is usually offered to customers of hotels overall for one night and the price we paid I thought it would be better.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend or stay again in the future

We were somewhat disappointed in bath facilities. Shower was small and not handicap accessible. My wife and I are both in our mid 80's and found in hard to shower with not having the ability to move around and have something to hold on to. The managerl did put on a grab bar but it was on the out side of the shower. I would not recomend this place to the elders with out looking out to see if it was handicap accessable.

Check in was easy and quick and staff was very responsive when there was an issue with the tv in the room. Beach access was right across the street, easy to get to. Stayed in a room with an "ocean view " however if I'd known it meant a 3rd floor walk up i prbly would not have paid for the extra. The outdoor chairs were not high enough to see over the railing to actually see the ocean. The room itself was clean although very basic. All in all was a pleasant stay.

The Grand View Motel was an excellent stay, perfect for my needs. Beach access is right across the road. Food and coffee shops within a one minute walk, center of downtown is less than a ten minute walk, where you’ll find the famous Casino Ballroom concert venue as well as the outside Seashell performance stage where there seems to be live music every evening in season. Great beach, great walking, great bicycling around town. The Grand View Motel staff was very friendly and informative. When I return to Hampton Beach I will stay at the Grand View Motel again.

Very convienent location off the boardwalk, but only about 5 mins to walk to the night life. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and it was clean!

Very convenient to the beach and shops. Front desk was nice enough, but I did not get maid service and had to go to front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. For the room cost, I didn’t expect a stove without a table! This place has potential but in great need of a facelift.

Staff was super nice! It was clean, cute and right on the beach. The only issue we had was a very short supply of hot water for shower. Overall, it was very nice.

This property was very dated and in need of updating. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up, there was peeling paint on the door, the slider tracks were filthy, some of the fixtures looked unsafe and rusty. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The air conditioner had not been on all day and by the time we checked in at 3 it was like an oven. The room never did cool down until the evening when we opened the slider. The view was good, but wouldn't stay again.

The person that checked me in was very helpful and pleasant. Check in was simple. The room was hot because the air wasn’t turned on, but no big deal. It’s a dated motel, but very clean. Overall the stay was great and close to where we wanted to be. Added bonus I could see the ocean from my room.

Simple Maintenace? The caulking around tub was done by a 2 year old. Tub drain was rusty, by a new one. What are the stains on the couch?

Room was better than I expected for a Hampton motel. It was well-equipped and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location can't be beat.

The staff were very nice. They had a nice deck to sit out on to enjoy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and stores.

The staff were amazing, super nice and walking distance to everything. The parking was really tight and cleanliness wasn't great. I used to be a housekeeper so i know what to look for. Besides that everything was amazing.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and it did not disappoint. I really liked that the hotel has assigned parking spaces with no additional fees. You can easily walk to attractions, the beach is across the street. At night it was generally very quiet. I definitely will be staying here again.

Nice enough and the staff were wonderful. Just a little dated.

I booked on Expedia, paid $189. for a broom closet. It was so small, my Wife had to sit on the bed, for me to go to the bathroom. That wasn’t the bad part. There was no shampoo, no body wash, no coffee maker in the room. The pillows were the cheapest they could find. The TV was smaller than the room in comparison. I went to the Office, looking for a morning cup of coffee. Nothing. Not even a stale doughnut. Thank God that Greg is a champ. He definitely made the stay tolerable. When my TV didn't work, he replaced it. When I was looking for a morning cup of coffee, he offered to make one from his room. Not for nothing, this hotel is in the hospitality business. If they could charge for toilet paper they would. I guess their theory is one and done. Don't bother paying nearly $200. Sleep on the park bench instead.

Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise.

The owners/staff are very friendly, and the business is less formal than other motels and hotels (in a good way). They met us at our car in the parking lot with the room key, let us check in before the listed time, and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. The room was small but perfect for what my friend and I were looking for for our stay.

Jen was a great host, gave us upgrade and met all our needs, will return again!

Staff not on property 24/7. Live nearby. Left key in room for me as I was a late check in. Very accommodating.

Property is older but decently maintained and clean. The mattresses were very hard, if you like that type, you're in luck. Distance from the strip is within walking distance. Beach easily accessed.

It was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room had all we needed. Some may not think so. The AC's filter needed cleaning. Again not an issue for me. I slid it out and rinsed if off. Some folks may not know that is why AC's seem not to be working well.
