Resort was very good.
Do not be tempted to dine at the restaurant. Whoops maybe that should be cafe.
The food was actually good. The service was appalling. The cocktails were made from a book without a blender (terrible). Wait staff didn’t know one meal from another. There was a bar in the restaurant that was not in use for some reason to do with not paying.
When you query the service or lack of the service deteriorates further.

We had a great few days, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The place was clean and supplied everything however it needs some renovations. It is a lovely spot however some needed renovations required and it would be rated a 5.
Absolutely 5 for staff they were so friendly and friendly.
The room needed new air-conditioner and just a little update.
The pool access from our room was excellent made out stay enjoyable, just a few updated renovations it would be perfect.
Everywhere we went to eat at Agnes Waters from the local coffee shop to the Tavern were so friendly.
Little breakfast Gem Codie’s new the beach.
We will be back to stay.

The staff were all lovely. The pool is amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The jet tub on the balcony was a nice bonus.

Internet not working, no free to air or paid TV. Pool had black residue in parts, was lacking maintenance and had leaves and debris. Buffet Breakfast was expensive with no a la carte options.

This is a nice place to stay,whether you ar into swimming pools or not .
Very reasonable price with everything needed supplied.
We stayed in a garden view 1 bedroom apartment with an outdoor spa. Very enjoyable.

Had an absolutely beautiful stay at Lagoons recently. Albeit cold, so couldn't use the pool, we will be back in the summer time to utilise the lovely pool and amenities.

This is a great resort with amazing pool. Our room was very comfortable
with a comfy bed and an outside courtyard to sit. Afternoon entertainment by the pool was good, close to 1770 beach and Agnes Waters. A bit noisy in the mornings when the cleaners were moving about.

The only thing I could complain about is the plastic wine glasses, make them glass and it would have been perfect!!!

Good size studio with large courtyard. Buffet breakfast misleading. Unfortunately breakfast staff member hadn’t turned up so front desk person had to fill in. Coffee not drinkable so probably should have been complementary.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. I like the unique layout with apartments that have a private jetty to access the lagoon style pool at the centre of the resort. The Plantation restaurant was amazing, highly recommend.

Lovely staff to greet. Clean rooms. Maybe new carpet needed in room. Love staying here. Very local to everything. Great shops down at the corner.

Experience was alright, booked for an exciting getaway with my partner for the first time in a while. Having driven 3 hours for the trip we were excited to relax in the spa bath on the balcony, Unfortunately, as soon as we turned the jets on the spa began to leak and popped off the wall. which was an extremely disappointing. After notifying staff they were fairly prompt with the service, giving us a complimentary glass of wine each and apologized for the experience. unfortunately, they couldn't change our room due to lack of spare rooms. All together the response from staff was good just unfortunate considering our drive and the main reason for our trip and booking to this resort was the spa bath and relaxing experience. For the money spent and travel it unfortunately wasn't worth it this trip.

My room was a swim up room and was cleaned to a good standard. The location was good and close to both the shopping strips as well as 1770. The pool was clean however requires some maintenance, for e.g the pool surface on the bottom needs to be redone, however kids didn’t mind and spent fun utilising it. My biggest complaint was the noise level I experienced from my room. When ever an entry door was opened or closed the sound would reverberate through my room, voices could be clearly and loudly heard from passage ways as well as neighbouring units when sitting outside.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property this year and will for sure return!
The only downside is the spa isn’t usable being it’s cold so that was disappointing in the chilly evenings.

The way the pool was situated it was like a lagoon which reminded you of the name of the apartments. It made it so relaxing.

My husband and I arrived late because we were delayed by a road accident. We were tired and hungry, and the kitchen was about to close.
However, the chef and waiter kindly accommodated us, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. We were very grateful and made sure to thank the chef.
We loved our pool view and we enjoyed how big our room was. Amazing place 👍👍👍

We love staying at Lagoons1770. We will be back for the fantastic feed at Plantations Restaurant. A quiet, relaxing place to stay with a short walk to the beautiful beach.
