Overall the hotel room was very good value for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were great, the sheets were clean and crisp. Nice large wall mounted tv. The cons were the walls were in need of painting/repair, one light fixture in the ceiling above the bed was broken. The bathroom was slightly dingy with dim lighting. The front door key card took multiple times to unlock the door, and the tv picture would freeze while the audio sound kept going. If you can overlook a few things, and only want a comfortable bed to sleep for budget price, this place is fine. 30 minutes drive from both LBI and AC.

Older property with some updates . Close to historic Smithville. No pool or exercise facility. Like an old fashion motel. Has frig and microwave. Run conservatively.

I would have loved a breakfast !!

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issues I had with the room were, you could hear the people in the room above us walking around sometimes. Also, when we first entered the room, there was a strong pine oil scent that disappeared after a couple of hours. But overall, the 2 night stay was comfortable and I would stay there again if I am in the area!

Decent place to stay for travelers on a budget. The room smelled a little like mildew, but a few minutes with the door open and the air conditioner running took care of that for the most part. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the people behind the front desk Were very nice, accommodating, and attentive.

The room was clean, and daily room service was very good. Does not offer a pool, gym, and business area, but the rate indicates that. A great value for a place to use as a sleeping quarters, when all the extras of the big motels are not needed. Restaurants, shopping store, gasoline stations and convince store within walking distance. I will use this place on future visits.

The room was clean but did have a musty smell due to humidity. The maid staff made sure we had fresh towels everyday. For the most part the place was quiet.

Very clean and peaceful. Village for dining close by. Easy access to local roads to go to Atlantic City, Cape May and other shore towns. Relatively inexpensive compared to other options.

Great stop for a quick overnight stay. Clean, friendly staff, quiet. Good value for the reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Very spacious room, clean, quiet, very comfortable mattress; in walking distance to the quaint historic Smithville village and close to great birding spots at the Forsythe wildlife refuge.

This place is a great economical option if you want to visit historic Smithville, the wildlife refuge or take a 20 minute drive to AC. Walking distance to Smithville. They did not have an ice machine or hand towels but otherwise clean , friendly, and updated. Would stay again

Great inexpensive spot close to the beaches and city.. room was small but cozy, all the essentials in a small space. Definitely a great choice for 1 or 2 night stay!

A cute place with pleasant check-in. Room was nice but a few flaws. No hand towels, hair on the 'clean' sheets and no ironing board. Great for a in expensive 1 night but would not stay longer.
