Great place to stay accommodation was perfect the park is well maintained heaps of things to do for families I’ll be back with my grand kids

Its a lovely complex with comfortable accommodation.
Negatives are the BBQ didn't work and there were no utensils to use even if it did. Shower had no body wash. TV is very old and positioned very high above the fridge. Wifi was very good.
These are little things and was an enjoyable stay.

Everything was excellent great staff location heaps to keep the kids going though the cafe was closed (sunday afternoon) but had everything in our lagoon lodge. Highly recommend need to stay more then 1 night next time.

Property was dusty. Spider webs on every single wall. Looked like bousekeeping had tried to sweep the floors and pushed all the dirt to the corner of the dinning room floor. Every window handle was sticky. A rotten egg type of smell came through the air con so we had to keep it off. Patio chairs were too dirty to use. Only one mirror in the property so it was very difficult to get dressed as a family of 4.

We booked a Waterfront wave villa, the image on the site shows it is just above the water but when we reach there it is not, so the picture itself is misleading.
At morning when I was about to make coffee, there were maggots around and inside the maker.

Property was perfect, spacoius, clean, staff friendly. Only 2 items for concern, Queen bed is due for upgrade, and an oven to cook pizza in would be great.

The facilities for kids were fantastic, plenty for them to do and well presented (loved the 2 jumping pillows, water park/pool, indoor play equipment etc). The staff in the shop near the pool were very friendly and helpful!
Our cabin needed better maintenance and a thorough clean (we cleaned the shower ourselves to remove mould), some of the towels had stains on them, and our socks went brown from walking on the floor in our room.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our daughter had a lot of fun!

We had an amazing stay with our extended family! Our cabins were clean and had all the amenities you need. There were great activities for the kids and the pool and waterpark were fantastic! We would certainly come back to stay again.

Nice location right next to the lake and beach. The holiday park was well set up with great amenities. Some of the decor was a bit dated for the price we paid.

Great water park although water not heated. Lagoon lodge was great but some parts of the park particularly annual sites were a bit run down and messy. Friendly staff! Will come back again!

Really enjoyed the weekend, kids had a great time. Really happy with the water villa would definitely go back. Only encountered one pleasant staff member, the others weren’t great which did let it down. Everything was too much trouble for them. The cafe really needs a rethink. One staff member taking orders and serving coffees on a weekend. Only few items on menu, if they had more options and better quality I’m sure they would make a fortune. We paid for go karts and the staff were really vague “yeah just go grab them”. Three other guests had told us they just took them without paying as they are left lying around so we were a bit disappointed we had paid. Overall we did have a good time just take everything you need to eat and drink and it’s great fun.
