We have been going to this hotel several times and it's always wonderful. The beeakfast this time was not as good as we remembered, but still very good. We love the kind personnel. We took a guest on this trip and he said thar he would like to come back with his wife. Highly recommended!

My husband and I always come to this hotel because of their great service, the personnel is amazing; we also love the breakfast buffet, the rooms comfort, and the rooftop pool.

The property was in a good location close to Boca beach, multiple dining, and transportation.

I have to commend the friendliness of all the staff, the elevator rugs were dirty. Breakfast was kind of redundant but on other days some variety. I stayed from July 15 through the 25th because the other hotel that I had to stay from July 20-25th wanted to charge the VAT tax which I'm exempted. I was given a room that had cockroaches, woke up with quite of few of them around my bed. I informed this immediately to management and I was moved to another room on the floor above. Despite this horrible incident, all they can say is quote" We are very sorry about this incident" I would expect them to offer me some kind of courtesy for example a free dinner at their rooftop restaurant or a one-night discount. Is obvious that this hotel has a lot to understand about tourism.

The A/C did not work and we called the front desk and they never appear.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Arrived for two day stay, and had to move to other hotel. On top of that they said they would refund my stay. A week later, "sorry we cant refund". Bugs/blood stains in the beds which they tryed to cover up with extra sheets. Mold damage that they tryed covering with paint. Just a horrible hotel that needs to be condemned.

Hotel has a big humidity problem. Couldn’t sleep and feel sick of it

This is the second time we stayed here and is excellent. The free full breakfast is great with fresh fruits, juices, coffee, eggs, bread, ham, soup, etc. Nice big room with a king bed and huge bath. Parking is underground with a guard. Nice rooftop with a restaurant and music with a DJ. Staff is very friendly. Definitely, we will stay here again.

Very nice hotel with excellent location. Convenient free buffet breakfast and free covered parking. Friendly staff. Only inconvenience was when I was doing the check out. The female hotel clerk wanted to charge me again for the extra person when I told her I paid for it the day before. She argued with me saying she didn't see the charges and I had to show her the charges on my credit card. But overall, it was a great stayed.
