I was pleasantly surprised to that this motel has been updated since the reveiws on the web did not sound promising. It was quiet and perfect for what we needed.

It's conveniently located off the highway, clean and small room is nice for an overnight stay for the price. I had to ask for coffee pods.

Very good at a reasonable price; the A/C was cold and I slept well. My only request would be for clothes hangers - there was nowhere to hang a sport coat or clothes or even a damp towel.

It was a quick overnight trip to my daughter’s college snd the motel was a great place to spend the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay there.

We had a good stay had reservation for 7 but not enough beds but we rented a cot. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs but could have used more bath towels in the room.

Overall it was a good accommodation experience all the staff that we interacted with were very helpful, guest focussed and professional.

Staff was amazingly accommodating. The room was a bit worn out. Dents and paint. Old carpets. Shower small. Otherwise a good stay. Felt safe.

It was clean and maintained. Only stayed for one night. The Continental breakfast left something to be desired. Coffee was Keurig so each cup was fresh.
Staff were friendly.
Parking lot was neat and maintained.
They did not leave enough bedding. 5 adults. Luckily I had a nice blanket in my car because the office is not 24 hours.
I would stay there again should I find myself in that area again.

The room was dated, but clean. I had to relocate due to a toilet valve malfunction, but that was no big deal. Their breakfast time is late, and short, but there is food nearby. I don't expect Hilton style accomodations, just a comfortable bed, shower, and a TV with sufficient channels to watch while unwinding. The place works for me.

I drove up to the property and it was in such poor condition I didn't care about refund. We drove away without checking in. Found somewhere else to stay

Air conditioner didn't work, and the bed was horrible. We left at 1 o'clock in the morning because the stay was awful and couldn't open the windows for air because the screen had holes in it and bugs were coming in.

nice clean room. bed was comfortable. the room was out dated. bathroom was clean but in rough shape. in room microwave did not work. friendly staff.

The breakfast consists of cereal,milk. Breads and yougart. One keurig to share , coffee one at a time. No large coffee canister. Missing cups . No one at desk to help ,we had to call for assistance. The bath sink was so cloged only held 1/2 cup water and over flowed. Maintenance fixed it that day, within one day it stopped upagain. Bed was uncomfortale. As well.

An excellent inexpensive option for us. It's an old strip motel, but has been rehabbed to be clean and comfortable budget stay. Nice restaurants drivable distances. Don't count on disc tv though. THis part of Maine doesn't have good coverage, but if you need a place in Western Maine/Farmington area, this is fine.

There was no one there when we arrived at 2:30 so we left and came back at 7:30 and still no one. We eventually had to call someone to let us in our room. The next morning no one was there to have breakfast ready. By this time my wife was saying that this was the 3rd worst hotel ever. And to think I was there a couple of months back and had a good stay.

Convenience to town and comfortable bed and pillows....clean room.
However, dark area to park and no outside light...had to walk aways to get to room. Very dated and dim lighting. Had to go to office for enough towels...told us continental b'fast in morning. But in morning we discovered shower had no curtain, no bathmat, and impossible to open plastic pouch of shampoo. No staff at office, door was locked, so no continental breakfast available!

They were very awesome. I lost my father. They commended with me. Cause I wasn't able to get there before they left for the evening. So they set it up so that way. I could throw in after hours. So I really give a good review for this company in this hotel.

We ended up here by default when out car broke down but I was very happy with our stay. Our room was nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

The property was both clean and organized both inside and outside. What I did not like was having to wait for somebody to show up to check us in.
