Paz, the owner, was a delightful lady who was also a very good cook. Breakfasts were unique and delicious. My room (Mt. Yale) was spacious, clean and comfortable. A beautiful Inn in a beautiful location!! Our hostess was so nice and accommodating! The Mt Princeton room was fantastic and comfortable! Lovely views and decorations. The breakfast was delicious and there were all kinds of amenities available to us. Our hostess made us so comfortable. Will definitely come back and will tell all my friends about this great place

Amazing! Book this Bed n' Breakfast. It was cozy, and charming, and the host was incredible. The food was fantastic, the house was clean and warm, and the property was beautiful. We would highly recommend Buffalo Peaks B&B.

This was our first time staying at a B & B and this did not disappoint! Very peaceful in a beautiful setting! Paz is very welcoming and has everything that you would need. We wanted to change rooms and she took care of it! She has a delicious breakfast in the morning for you and great coffee! You will feel right at home here and the area has a lot to do to keep busy.

Paz and Mark are so welcoming and kind. Breakfast is wonderful. The B & B is a nice place to stay and very comfortable, but a “work in progress” on the outside. The property is large and beautiful.

Very friendly host! Property was very nice, some minor exterior renovations are being completed at this time, but overall property is in good condition, very clean, nice setting right across the street from collegiate peaks golf course.!

A great find! A beautifully designed log frame, with impressive views of mountains over the golf course! The breakfast and the service were excellent too.

Oxford room was beautifully furnished and felt like a room that should have cost twice as much. The hosts were super nice and their dogs are great. The group breakfasts in the morning were incredibly delicious, and getting to chat with other guests was a pleasant experience. The blueberry pancakes are something special. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this for a weekend or longer, and we definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in the Ark Valley. Great experience!

I wish there was a ramp to the front door instead of stairs with no railing. I wish I had a bedside lamp that allowed me to read at night so that I didn't have to use the overhead light.
