Stay was great. Front desk and breakfast staff were very courteous and professional. We were there for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. We left happy.

Unfortunately am not happy at all with my stay at AC ! Although it’s Marriott and it should be a very good hotel!! We stayed 11 nights however the services we received were terrible, the cleanliness was not good at all and the huge amount of deposits was really irritating.

This is a great hotel near restaurants, the highway, and the airport. The staff was friendly and professional—they also helped with extending my stay due to a blizzard at my home. The breakfast options at the hotel were nutritious and delicious!

We liked it! The proximity to the train, Salem, Boston, etc. was tough to beat. It was clean and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind: parking is in the parking garage, which is VERY close by. I saw a few people get nasty with the front desk staff about the lack of parking, but the garage is nearby and the hotel validates.

Stephen from the front desk was very kind and accommodating with my very late check-in. The room was immaculate and spacious. Only down-side was the bed was not as comfortable as I would've thought.

Overall positive experience. Staff was very helpful. The pool was cold, they had the heat going in minutes after asking to turn it up. The kitchen was OK with a last minute order before they closed. Front desk was very helpful, hooked me up with some free toothpaste when they heard me tell my colleague I forgot mine. My room was clean, my only complaint is all the light switches yet the room was not lit brightly. Will visit again as I am in the area every few weeks for work.

The hotel is new, well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Cons:
The entire family had bites on their bodies during the stay. I cannot confirm it was bed bugs since I didn't see any, but I suspect there were some insects in the room.

The hotel was located close to the orange line subway which made it convenient to go back and forth to downtown Boston. The hotel was clean, staff were really friendly and the beds were comfy.

Incident during my stay involved a Power shutdown leading to no breakfast or even coffee. And there was no communication about this. Guests were lost for information.

Floor was broken and damaged and didn’t seem as the floor had been vacuumed in some time. Toilets functionality I would grade as a C. Other than that, everything was great. Staff was great and the television experience was one I had not experienced yet. My first time staying at a Marriott so maybe they’re all like that but I thought it was neat to have a welcome message on the tv and also have hotel and area info right available on the TV.

The T Train stopped in the parking lot right beside the hotel making it very easy to get downtown. The shower walls were dirty and the floorboards near the bathroom had water damage and we're coming off the floor. The conditioner, shampoo, and body wash were in a rusty holder. The coffee maker in the room was absolutely horrendous, not what you would expect when you're paying $300 per night.

Loved anytime checkin. Would have liked mini fridge to have freezer so I could have refrozen my ice pack. Bed was truly clean and very comfortable. Great sleep. Enjoyed the shower with adjustable height!
