Very good

Safe and quiet hotel, room was clean and hotel staff was friendly and serviceable. Great location to walk to Riviera Museum, Ceart and Caracol Museum.

Parking spaces

I would've given a 5 star on cleanliness except the water for showering and washing your teeth is tasted terrible and irritated the eyes. We brushed our teeth with drinking water instead. Some constrution nearby on the streets but otherwise great options for dining nearby and a caffeinio (Starbucks/Dutch Bros like business) across the street for some snacks or coffees. The staff was professional and the cleaners were quick and great. Casino like 300 meters away per google map but didn't actually go to verify. We would recommend!

Walking distance to boardwalk and main ave where all the fun happens. Hotel restaurant has accessible menú prices. Jacuzzi is fin. Pool is small and not climate controlled. Close to Riviera hotel where margarita was invented. No onsite parking. Park in the streets. AC in room. Good tv channel selection plus HBO. Beds comfortable but pillow to soft. Hot and cold water in the shower. Daily house keeping.

Had a great stay at La Pinta Hotel. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. Room was in decent condition, though things could definitely use some refurbishing. All-in-all a good experience. Mind you, if you plan on bringing a car there is limited parking in their lot, you may end up having to park on the street if you dont get lucky.

Family friendly. Very comfortable both the hotel and the surroundings. Will definitely be going there again.

Everything was great and good

We had been at this hotel many many years ago. Kudos on the upgrades. The was comfy. Shower was wonderful also. Wasn’t too excited about being by the pool, but if you are tired you will sleep.

Hotel was comfotable and clean, it is also conviniently located. The front the desk girl was not helpfull at all did not have answers to questions. The hotel did no have parking available we had to park on the street

The young girls at the reception desk: one too quiet and not engaging at all; the second one very unprofessional doing her make up at the desk. The first one lost my receipts and had to copy my own as proof of pmt. The phone wasn’t working and they never replaced it. I asked about another day after a week there as long as they replaced the phone and didn’t agree. The first day I needed room Service and the young lady did call the server, but I was told when she came to my door that I could’ve ordered at the restaurant. lol!!!! I felt unsafe with limited parking, construction all around and homeless man approaching us when I would get there. I wouldn’t stay again. Our housekeeper was nice and accommodating to our needs though…

Nice hotel, comfortable nice staff, but the parking, sometimes you park on the side of the hotel on a dirt road, and sometimes on the front where it’s very compact, but overall we were happy

Not enough parking

The Pool water was brown, especially in the jacuzzi. Looked like a diarrhea accident. The front desk lady in the evening looked stoned. There is no safe parking and there is constriction. The parking up front is super narrow to drive thru. They said they have security but I never saw the security person out there in my 3 day stay. Some hair in the bathroom floor but otherwise looked clean inside the rooms. They only give you one key card to your room and it was super dirty with globs of brown on the plastic. Tacky detail.
