Moldy ceiling, peeling and moldy wall paper, cockroach on my floor this morning

the hotel appeared to have all of the amenities that I was looking for, however it was dirty & had a strong odor. The lobby was dirty & needed to be cleaned. The room itself was disgustingly dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed AT ALL, the bathroom floor was dirty. I ended up checking out & requesting a refund

It was not very clean, definitely not Marriott standard. Breakfast was gross, won’t stay here again, room was big, but very dusty.

Very convenient to Ole Miss. Pool is freezing and ac not great. Set temp to 68 felt like 75.

Room was nice and comfy. Bathroom needs so work. Shower sprayed water on the floor and not enough towels to keep everything dry

Tired hotel and overpriced.

Staff very friendly and helpful when there was a mix up with our reservation.

It started out with our keys not working so I went to the desk to reset. Turns out they did reset but they had given us the wrong room number so we went into a room where someone else was staying. Mistakes happen totally get it. I didn’t ask for it, but they said they would give us a credit back for the inconvenience (and didn’t). We only received three towels even though we paid the fee for having four guests in a room. When I went to ask for an extra towel, the guy at the front desk took his name tag off, looked at me and said “I’m off I ain’t doing anything else”. He pointed to his colleague who was on the phone for me to get a towel. While the guy just stood there, I waited to ask for a towel. I finally got one and the guy who was “off” was just standing there. We also had running water in our toilet that I informed the staff of and it never got fixed. 15-20 minutes for the one person at Starbucks to get you a cup of coffee and I was done. I travel a lot and I know mistakes happen and this is not a five star hotel. That said, to have so many service gaps in one stay was really disappointing.

Nice property, great location. Lobby is lovely and they have a Starbucks inside and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was small but fine and clean. Couple odd things like no soap at the sink and trash and junk left about some of the common areas (pool, hallway) but I blame the guests for that. Location was great, could walk downtown which was nice. It was good for what we needed which was one nights stay

Great overall experience. Was able to walk to the university in minutes. Beautiful area. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The lights were extremely dim and some did not work. We upgraded to a room with a sofa bed and when asked for sheets, the ones given had a small blood stain on them. They appeared to be clean but this was still unexpected and unprofessional. We attempted to use the pool but the room was very cold and the warm was not very warm. When asking staff to adjust temp, we were told that he did not have the key and would go and retrieve it. We waited for 20 minutes to no avail. We were not completely dissatisfied with our stay but we wanted adequate service for what we paid. We rate this hotel a 4.8/10.

Expedia or Courtyard ( they claim its Expedia's fault) Did not have my reservation when i arrived on Wed late evening. Thankfully the clerk found me a room at Marriot Town suites

We stayed here for Double Decker and could walk to the square without taking an uber. Very convenient for people trying to eat or drink without driving.

Very helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and spacious. Very convenient for a trip to tour Ole Miss with teens who really enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

Mold everywhere in bathroom and growing in refrigerator. Told the man at the desk and showed him a picture I took on my phone and his response was I will let housekeeping know.

The room was dirty, the blinds that would block out the light were basically hanging down and couldn't be closed. The lights didn't work in the bathrooms and there was at least an inch of dust on the light fixtures. Was told by the front desk there were issues with this room however, I was lucky I didn't have my reservation canceled. I tried to talk to the font desk with no help[.

Hotel is close to The Square, with a walking trail behind the hotel and a Starbucks in the lobby.

Great location!! But this property really needs a facelift. I am sure that It gets alot of wear and tear but for the price, you would still expect the basics and a clean room. The mini frig had something brown frozen in it, the carpet was stained, the desk was broken or not attached correctly, the shower curtain was not long enough so anytime someone showered, water went everywhere, and the black around the tub was less than lovely!

Great hotel, Walkin distance to Ole Miss.

VERY overpriced on site breakfast. Ice machine on third floor was in accessible due to fans all in hallways.

We were not told until we got there that there was a charge daily for parking

The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. The towels and wash rags smelled. We will not stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very nice though.

Staff not helpful and at times rude.

Property misrepresented as having two restaurants and two bars/lounges. One restaurant, but only open for breakfast. No bars/lounges. No service for cleaning rooms, didn't even bother to empty the trash daily. Operation run on the cheap.

Staying at this hotel was great as it was near everything during my stay. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was very welcoming, she explained everything to make the stay pleasant. Upon getting inside the room so we can start unpacking, we noticed the room was not clean. There was a used condom wrapper on the floor and that made the stay feel as if they just spot clean and not clean. Also, it would have been nice to know upfront about the $8 per night parking fee.

On non football weekends it is very quiet and clean. Super convenient to the Square and to the university

Customer service was awesome, Clinton introduced himself and was very professional and knowledgeable of his job duties. He was very patient, helpful, nice, and friendly. The room was very clean. My husband and I were very satisfied so we decided to stay an extra night and would most definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Close to the square for dining and shopping. Description of room was incorrect. After call with Expedia hotel was kind enough to accommodate us.

No plate in the microwave, gave hand towels for rags, remote for the tv didn’t work
