Everything at hotel good except breakfast was very minimal.

Still use hard keys. Breakfast was pitiful. The swimming area was much in need of repairs. The bottom of the pool was brown. The drinking fountains were rusted. The exit doors were rusted and hard to open or close. Staff were very friendly though.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and considerate. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

I enjoy staying at Benny’s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet and it’s within walking distance of the brewery that I like in town. The only thing that could use some help is the breakfast maybe add some yogurts or some pastries other than that, I stay here every time when I’m in town.

Very very very dated. Not dirty, but not clean. Mattresses were stained. Air/heat was broken and missing knobs. Checking in was horror movie-esque. I was given a metal key, no card. The key opened main doors and my room which made me worry for safety. Looks like a lot of drugs are done in/around the hotel. I now understand why the one other hotel in town was $100 more a night for the same thing. Will pay the difference next time.

We have stayed at Benny's several times previously, however it has been a few years since we were there. This time we were surprised to see how run down the room we were assigned was compared to other years. The sinks, shower, and toilet were not up to previous standards. The room was noticeably dirty, and for the first time the lack of cleanliness was a factor. The carpet appeared grungy, and the bed linen just didn't smell fresh. Benny's is very convenient, and the staff have been friendly. I hope the motel is able to hire more staff in the future so they can regain their previous standards of cleanliness and repair.

Room was clean and comfy. As the sun went down and the temp dropped we discovered the heat in the room didn't work. Then to top it off there must have been a group of sumo wrestlers above us keeping us up all night.

toilet unbelievable- kiddie sized, had to remove lid to operate. No housekeeping (including garbage) for a three-day stay. sinks stained and chipped. exhaust fan didn't work well. bathroom from hell. breakfast bar was choice of cheerios, oatmeal or a muffin. lobby looks nice and staff is friendly.

Things could have been better and more comfortable but at least our things didnt get stolen by housekeeping like they did at comfort inn in colville

I don't what eco-friendliness is but we had a good experience. The check-in with, I believe her name was Stephanie, was very good. She was very friendly and kind. The room was spic and span. The fixtures are older and stained but everything was clean. The heater didn't work in the first room they gave us so they moved us to another. My only complaint would be that we were expecting a memory foam bed. I seem to remember reading about that somewhere and that was why we chose Benny's. It was a very firm coil bed and we both woke up with backaches.

The hotel is starting to show it’s age. We had a pet room that had tripping sink and other sink was stained from coffee. I have had better rooms in the past, even with the dogs. I would still stay there again due to the staff and location

A fairly ordinary motel, it is a bit dated but was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little weak compared to to other hotels.

I was told there would be breakfast. In my experience this typically means hot food. However, the only hot food was oat meal with hot water added. The rest was cold cereal and English muffins. There was no protein offered.
