Great location, breakfast was convenient, grounds well kept. Easy access to outdoor area, within a mile or so to Saugatuck, restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were very clean, continental breakfast was good, and customer service was excellent. Rooms are without microwave or coffee but otherwise highly recommend!!

Great little place to stay! Very convenient location. You can ride the $1 public transport to downtown Saugatuck and be picked up/dropped off right in front of the motel office. Perfectly clean and cute. Comfy bed. Fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. Good little continental breakfast. Parking right in front of the room. Quiet, quaint setting. Great place for a tourist couple.

The hotel is in a good location close to the sites that you want to see with parking included. The only feedback is that the breakfast and the coffee wasn't the best

We've stayed here twice now and appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness, convenient location (quiet and away from the downtown area). It's not fancy, but that's okay. The other factors make up for it! We definitely recommend staying here and will again next time we're in the area.

This small roadside motel is just minutes from beautiful Saugatuck and other activities and restaurants. It was reasonably priced for a small, simple room with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Owners are on property and available for assistance if needed. We would stay again. Love Saugatuck!

This trip was a spur of the moment to go to Sauguatuck. The price was great. The motel was nicely updated, very clean, and front desk personnel was friendly. It was a very quiet spot. They offer a nice complimentary breakfast. Definitely would stay there again!

Very quaint and well maintained

The staff here was so friendly and kind! My husband left his watch behind, and they immediately called us, and set it aside. They gave us great suggestions for food, and were just really nice. The room was nice, though basic. No coffee maker, but there's a mini fridge. Sink is separate from toilet and bath, which I appreciate. It was a very clean, pleasant room! We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, nice rooms

The room is small, but very clean, The bed was comfortable, sheets and fluffy towels smelled like they just had come out of the dryer. The breakfast is decent, enough to start your day. Would definitely stay again.

Customer service: excellent, polite, accommodating Location: walking distance to downtown, bike trail out front Atmosphere: quiet, rooms black right out, nice indoor and outdoor common areas, gas grill available on the property, plenty of breakfast options (served 8-10). Beautifully landscaped. Room: small but super clean and updated, can't hear the neighbors (I don't think there were any children on the property when we were there?), a/c in the room works very well. We'll stay there again.

No room for toiletries with small sink in bedroom. Couldn’t put anything out. Very awkward.

We really liked how close the motel was to the main drag in Saugatuck. It was about a 2 minute drive and you could have walked into town easily as well. The bed was okay but bring your pillows. The pillows flattened as soon as you put your head on them (like they were filled with air and then deflated). I like fluffy pillows and typically use a few of them at home. If we return, we will definitely bring pillows. Will also bring our hot plate next time too so we can cook breakfast or go into town for breakfast. The area around the motel is really scenic and great for a short weekend trip to the beach and water front.

This quaint motel was amazingly nice and equal to your well known hotels of similar price. Overall an excellent choice and we would recommend this motel.

This was an AMAZING place for a quick 1 night stay while passing through town. Crystal, the owner was great. Will DEFINITELY be back for a longer stay!

We could not hear any noise from other rooms. The small fridge was bigger than some & had a freezer section. There was a road closure nearby that took awhile to figure out since GPS could not help. Could've used slightly larger waste basket & didn't care for the bath soap.

Clean room that worked nicely for our purposes! Close to downtown area, and the owners responded promptly and courteously to a concern we had during our stay to take care of us. I recommend!

Uneventful. There was road construction & only views were of parking areas. Picnic area, lawn area with trees for guest use. Must drive to everything.

Very quiet at night and at the same time 20 minutes from the historic part of beautiful Saugatuck. Shuttle bus available from the motel to the town for $1. Very pleasant reception and you may find healthy snacks in the lobby.
