The hotel was pretty clean and updated. The beds were hard as a rock though. My husband likes a fiem mattress so he was fine, but I could barely sleep.

Beds were comfortable, spacious, however getting ready for a wedding a room with a bigger bathroom mirror would have been better. There were 5 of us! Wonderful breakfast, quiet halls.

Myself and the family had a comfortable stay after a long ways drive. Everything was good. Just didnt like the $500 whole on the card. Glad i had the funds on my card at the time.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff is spectacular. The air pressure on my rental car was low and Alan let me use his mobile air charger. The woman who is in charge of breakfast keeps everything clean and is enormously helpful. The housekeeping staft does a great job.

Front desk staff was friendly.
Couch in the room was comfy but a little too low for older guests. Otherwise, room was good.
The front desk said that rooms were cleaned every other day, but mine wasn't cleaned at all while I was there for several nights.
Breakfast was tasty, and the folks putting out the breakfast were friendly, but heads up -- there's a tip jar. I think Springhill Suites should pay their cooks a living wage so that they don't have to live off tips.

Easy distancs between the hotel and the LIRR stations available in the area which was really helpful getting between placesin the city!

Find a different hotel if you’re spending a lot on this hotel there better ones. Probably one of the worse hotels.

I did not like that i had to get my key card reset 2-3 times; however, the front desk last was really nice.

Great modern and cozy hotel with spacious rooms, kitchenette and large bathroom. Top place for a business overnight (there is an amazing working place in the room) or holiday with a family. Fitness room and pool quite small but serve the purpose. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good beds, A/C, rooms nicely furnished.
Only breakfast a bit disappointing, cause primo - it gets overcrowded, so there is not enough place for all the guests and secundo - plastic cutlery and paper plates rather dissappinting for such an establishment.

Had a pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites in Garden City. Breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool in the evening for a quick swim.

I did not like having an extra 250 dollar hold on my card without being notified before hand. I voiced my concerns to the manager and she was helpful. The suite was very nice and comfortable.

It can be noisy outside at late night or early morning which might disrupt your sleep at night, especially if the room is at downstairs.

We had a loss in our family and were traveling from almost 900 miles away with 3 children under 4yrs old. We unfortunately had some delays along the way. This hotel was very understanding and accommodating that were going to be a late check in.
The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Everything was clean except for the Keurig coffee maker that had very visible residue. I wish the beds were a little softer but after riding in a car for over 14+hrs it was awesome to lay down in soft clean sheets. Overall would stay agian if ever in the area again.
