If you want a place to stay that’s no-frills, that’s it. The front guy Jomail (sorry for misspelling) is nice and helpful.

Every business in the neighborhood has bars on the windows. Trash everywhere

Bed are very comfortable. It is alway from a lot but you can make it work. They have shuttle from the airport which is great

Thr shower pressure was very low and i had mosquitos in my room. I found hair in bed and towel. Jahmel picked me up from the airport and checked me in. Ms. Deb allowed me to check out late and took me to the airport good customer service.

The hotel had promised breakfast during the reservation as soon as I arrived the employees told me I have to pay for it

The chair leg in room broken. You site says free shuttle they charge you if not at two specific times. The fridge in room was frozen full of ice. 1/4 roll toilet paper asked for extra roll the woman said she would bring it up but never did.$240 room it was not!

Hello this hotel was very bad, no customer service, unable to reach them by phone to book a shuttle. The bathrooms were filthy when asked for a different room, the front desk was not willing to try and give us a new room

I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The property was clean and nice. The staff helped with calling taxis, My room was upstairs and there was no staff to help me with it. I had to pay for my breakfast. Staff at lobby need to be more welcoming with new clients. Life is too pricy in Providenciales!!! Jeez!

No TV or Wifi

Room had one tiny window. Pool was full of bugs. Tv did not face the bed making it very difficult to view. Could not connect my streaming service with the TV, so it stayed off and we watched on my phone.

It's an airport "motel" but very conveniently located. Rooms are average.

Check in was good. Room had a smell but the smell left once we put in the fan. I’m guessing since room doesn’t have window there really is no circulation. Remote for Netflix not working properly but was able to watch live tv. All in all good.

The service was awful. Took 20 minutes to check in they said I didn’t have a reservation and seemed very annoyed that I was there. Finally found reservation. Room had no window ( is that even legal) chain lock broken. Had to ask several times for a receipt. When I checked my credit card they charged me for 2 nites and I was only there one night Room was clean but service poor

The hotel was clean. Our first night we were given 2 bothers of water and 1 packet of green tea. Second night we asked the reception if we could get more water and green tea as it was none was left in our room and we were told it was for purchase in the restaurant. $4 for a green tea you had to make yourself. Our check in was smooth but the lady in front of us, they couldn’t find the key for her room and another guy came in because the room they gave him was already occupied. A lot of confusion! Asked for a ride to the airport when we checked out and were told we’d have to pay $5 each or wait for an hour. We walked instead. There was nothing and I mean nothing around at all. We took a cab to go where we wanted because nothing was within walking distance. Also, every morning someone started hammering at about 8am right above us. The one good thing is that the property is very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.

Air con didn't work. Hot tub is cold. Can clearly hear phone calls from adjacent room. Was cheaper and you get what you pay for. It's a reasonably modern nice facility. There are just a few shortcomings.

Check in took way too long and there was no line up. It took 50 minutes because motel couldn’t get their guarantee of funds from our prepaid Expedia booking.

I had a good experience although my stay was only for one night. I would actually stay there again.

I spent my birthday here over the weekend and I enjoyed it. I love the night time pool and jacuzzi
