Staff was rude

The room was very small with no desk for working The area was not great so did not feel that safe to venture out alone There were limited food options for dinner close by It was cheap so I guess I should have known The staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean

We cut our trip short after just one night because of how poor quality the hotel was we spoke to the reception staff about the used needles outside and the receptionist just left us so we decided to give back the keys at that point and we went and purchased a state at an alternative hotel instead at double the price not too far away but in a much better location and also the staff there was so much nicer I would avoid greet Nord Paris at all costs and stay well away from the ibis hotels

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff at reception. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our room this time was smaller than our previous stay. No hairdryer. No stand for luggage.

Great hotel, convenient and quiet. Clean and good beds. Breakfast was ample and excellent. Close to public transportation made it easy to get there and around the city. Currently a lot of construction in the neighbourhood made it a bit inconvenient to get around. Some homeless in the area is a bit unsettling but we had no issues. Very limited choices to eat in the local area and at the hotel for dinner

The area was awful and very scary avoid at all cost. The neighbours are noisy and there’s no telephone to call reception. You have to put a deposit for a hair dryer. The shower leaks. The staff members are not humble people either. We requested pillows and got none. And the rooms are so small and pathetic will never stay in this rubbish hotel again.

Unfortunately, no AC or simple ventilator/air circulation. The room was so stuffy, no windows could open, and no ventilation in the bathroom. Must have been 38 degrees in the room. I tolerate the heat very well, but the absence of any air circulation in the tiny room was unbearable. Although when we reserved it said each room had AC, most important would have been a ventilator or some sort of ventilation in the absence of AC. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Europe without AC but at least a window could open, there was a ventilator or a fan. I had to cut my losses and leave one night early even though I had paid for two and went to another hotel for that second night.

Excellent budget hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Metro, bus and tram stop (Port for easy connections into Paris itself. Charles de Gulle Airport is around 50 mins way on train, and all central Paris attractions around 40 minutes. The breakfast was self service continental buffet- fresh croissants, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and with drinks. The hotel is very clean and we had fresh towels daily. Perfect for a base to explore Paris. There are many fast food places and a little supermarket in Port Chapelle (where the nearest metro station is) for fine dining you need to travel farther afield.

The staff was exceptional! They were polite and very helpful. Place was clean. However, the room was extremely small. No room for luggage or belongings.

Stay was alright, breakfast could have more choice as everyday was same thing qlso a use of kettle or microwave in a room wpuld be ideal for fakily with kids as shops are far away. Overall was alright.

Excellent service, friendly staff, a warm welcome from the lady at the reception during check-in, which was efficient and went smoothly - Many Thanks! I was surprised with interior design and colours used for the hotel, just loved. It felt like a good place to be. I was happy to have made a choice to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, safe, security, hygiene and health measures are fully put in place. The room, despite not being so spacious, but big enough for 1 or 2 persons, was great, comfortable and loved that it gave a homely feeling. A good place to rest after a long day and very quiet despite the fact that it is near an extremely busy highway and périphérique. What struck me most was that there were signs along the road from the metro, tram & bus stations, which indicated the direction of the hotel. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness, this is a rare and great gesture that most hotels don't do. The public areas of the hotel are very spacious and comfortable to rest and there's room for other activities. The only set back is that I could not open the windows in the room, to let in fresh air. But I guess the room was automatically ventilated. The hotel management and staff were always available to be of assistance and give advice when needed. I had a feel the feeling that the hotel put the interest, safety and comfort of the customer first instead of only focusing on a their financial gain - Greatly appreciated !! Highly recommended. Overall stay was good. The spot where located is fine not prime. The parking next door is 18 euros per day. Their is no room service and no food available other than expensive breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Shower is good. A bit expensive overall for the experience but good for a few days

Good price, location was great for Stade de France, but the local area lacks good restaurants.

Economical. Clean. Good staff. Cons: very very far from city center and with transport strike a huge inconvenience. No ventilation in the room whatsoever.

Hotel was okay location for metro, nothing else nearby.Bed was really uncomfortable and shower literally in the room. Okay for the price but not great.

Very pathetic service, breakfast was a joke

Rooms were unbeliveably dirty and when I asked staff they yelled at me. I asked for refund but they didnt even refund the breakfast which I payed in cash in hotel. They charged me full day for parking which I parked for less down an hour.We immidiately moved to new hotel.I dont know who would stay in those rooms.There were tons of homeless people around the hotel as well.

The hotel and room itself were fine. The area is not that great, and it is located next to a camp of homeless people. It is close to the metro though. We booked it for 2 nights and got locked out the second night and had to get a new password code. We were told that we made 2 separate reservations so we had to go down to front desk, pay the city tax again, and get a new passcode. I'm not sure if this was a problem with the hotel or expedia since we booked it through expedia.

The site advertised that the rooms had A/C - previous ibis I had stayed in had their own machine in the room that you could operate - this one did not and it was HOT in the room. Absolutely no air circulation. I could not fall asleep at all.. finally went to the front desk at almost 4am and the staff said nothing could be done. + Bad location.

The staff are really excellent.the room was clean. Finding/Accessing the hotel is not easy.no sign how to get there and confusing with the periferique.fortunately a passger by kindly guided us.
