I would highly recommend this hotel, it's slightly away from the busy old town but only a short walk away. Beautiful lounge and breakfast/dining area, with a vast food selection and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Separate shampoo and conditioner available in the room, although no toiletries with earbuds or cotton pads etc.

It is an extreme modern hotel, certainly not cosy. everything is supermodern, it is cold inside (also the temperature). Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present. To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. For the money (pretty expensive) there are much beteer places to stay.

This was a really great place to stay very convenient. The staff was friendly knowledgeable, and help with any questions I had. They spoke English really well being from the USA that really helped.

American reviewer. The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to market square and a tran stop is across the street. There is also a mall across the street. The staff is very accomodative and the hotel contains all the amenities that you would expect of a 5-star hotel.

My room has decent soundproofing from outside car traffic, but it didn't work for party that hotel organized in their ballroom. Not saying about drunk and noisy corpo guests. Besides that I liked spacious room, decent breakfast and good location.

Very nice, modern 5 star hotel in the centre of Wrocław (10 minutes walk to the main square. Good size rooms and swimming pool. Hotel bar and restaurant is a bit soulless but there is a large Czech pub and good restaurants across the couryyard of the hotel (1 minute walk) . Breakfast is of 5 star quality and good value.

Very disappointing hotel, horrible service, will never go the extra mile to help. Don't allow kids to the pool, finding excuses to over charge, not the best location. Better to stay away!

Very beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. You can't find out about this at the front desk, but paid parking within the hotel is nearly four times more expensive than it is outside on the city's paid parking lot. Additionally, rooms do not have windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. The air is being cooled by the AC, but since outside air is not being used, you end up with a headache after a day there. Nothing the hotel staff can do will change the situation. It's nice that the hotel is situated at the city center. On the other hand the Spa is one of the smallest I've ever seen: one large pool and two small saunas, and one older jacuzzi, no private area, especially for relaxing after a sauna. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is convenient. The spa, on the other hand, is one of the smallest I've ever seen, with just one big pool, two modest saunas, an older jacuzzi, and no private space to spend for resting after a sauna or pool.

Easy access to downtown and good restaurants are located in the building, and clean.

We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

I booked deluxe suite room that is pretty expensive, i got the room a tthe end of the hotel, 2 minutes go from elevator, its crazy. Inside the carpet was very very dirty. I paid 1000 eur for 3 nights. Overrated hotel

Excellent location, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would like to acknowledge how the hotel staff cares to make sure that everyone feels safe, especially considering the COVID situation. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and disinfected, there is enough place in the restaurant to keep the social distance, etc.. We had a great time with the family, also trier the massage and it was fantastic. I can only recommend it.

Very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I needed our room for 2 hours longer than the checkout time and the reception staff arranged this at no extra cost. We loved our stay and are already looking to stay here again.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette when I first checked in in the evening. However it has been dealt with the next day promptly. The multiple entry parking card did not work, so I had to go to the reception for an additional exit card every morning, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was fine as usual.

When I visit Wroclaw, I always select Double Tree by Hilton. This is the best hotel in the region for both business and personal trip.

Very nice and top class hotel hotel in the middle of Wroclaw. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly - All speaks English. Nice small swimming pool and a basic spa area.
