Close to the train station which was very convenient because it was our base for travels within the Jungfrau region. Breakfast was included but it was the same menu every day. Food at the restaurant was fresh as it was made to order infront of you. I reserved a double room for two people for 4 nights. Room was soacious however it was very basic. No hair dryer. You have to pay for towels aside from what they provided on check in. No face towels or hand towels. For the room price, i think it should be provided for free. No housekeeping, you have to take off your comforter and pillow case at check out. The room curtain and bathroom curtain was so sheer and does not provide privacy.

We stayed in the family room and there were a lot of black mound in every corner of the shower. the wooden door was also in bad shape. There must be ventilation issue with their private bathroom. Since Swiss uses different type of power outlet from EU, if don't bring your own, you can borrow a power adapter from the reception but chances are it will not work. All the adapters I tried were overused and out of order. I gave up after a couple of try by keep switching to another one. You also need to wear all the linens on the beds by yourself and take those off when you check out.

Worst hostel we stayed in Switzerland. Hostel provided nothing to guests. Not worth the money.

Would be nice to have a glass for the sink and an iron. Other than that was a nice stay. Was close to the train station and local coop

Super clean, great dinner options, breakfast included, excellent location, very convenient.
Laundry not always available or working.

Not recommended. While night there was loud noise outside and bed bugs. Left after first night and booked at different hotel. No refund of cancellation as well

Great location, good sized rooms, and the hotel resto is quite good. A lot of locals eating there which is a good sign. Highly recommend. Great bang for your buck.

Staff were not friendly and hardly responded. There is no AC in the rooms and by keeping windows open, you have to deal with the noise outside which is intolerable.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Doing laundry here though was not easy with just one washer and dryer. Otherwise amazing stay!

Best location, right next to trains. Spacious room and restaurant offers good meals for reasonable price. Highly recommend.

It was too hot in the room. There was no air-condition or fan. We just had to stand hot weather. The worst part staying at this HOSTEL is that we just got 1 towel per person for 3 nights, because this is a hostel, NOT a hotel by the explanation of the staff there. They shoul've told us when we check in.

Good location, just beside the train station Interlaken ost. The breakfast did not include croissants, cookies or any pastry. They sold the croissants apart.

The location is great which is super close to the train station and supermarket.
We booked a room with balcony and the view was super cool.
Although there is limited food choices for breakfast, it tastes good.
However, the restaurant opposite to the hostel made heavy noise even at midnight.

This is our very first time staying at a Hostel which is beyond our expectations. The two receptionists who helped us checked in and checked out were above and beyond; the breakfast was exceptional; the location is unbeatable, just right next to the Interlaken Ost Station, super convenient, we highly recommend this place to EVERYONE !!

Excellent location near OST Interlaken train station. Breakfast buffet included in our room rate. Simple but very good. Had lunch and dinner specials in the restaurant at a very good price. Very good meals.

The beds are awful, it is double bed room but two single beds are seperered each other.
Also, the staff had really bad behaviour. I need a knife for my cake on my birthday time and ask for the one that I can use it but she gave me the plastic one and asks for pay! Except the staff in the morning which had a better behaviour towards us. But the location and view was perfect.

I live in a single room. The electric curtain is broken. The room looks a little bit old. The only good thing is the cheap and tasty dinner.

The hostel is a really great stay and has the best location. It’s right next to the Interlaken Ost Bahnhof. The restaurant has a great selection of food. I would highly recommend this stay
