All accomodation is very expensive in Queenstown

Great location away from the main town. Nice and quiet. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel is getting old and could do with renovations.

1st time staying we were happy with our stay

Overall this property is reasonably good, very warm, good location and most rooms appear to have views. However there are a few aspects that let the property down. - The executive suite we had was quite small despite having received an "upgrade" - The Cafe/dining area on the ground floor looked very dated and not particularly clean - Front Desk staff are not very friendly or engaging - Generally the Hotel just felt average

The equipment of the room with washing machine, tumbler and kitchenette was super. Personnel very friendly.

The hotel has free parking and laundry machines in the room. There was a nice view of the mountains, but the construction of a new building across the street somewhat detracted from that view. Front desk is only open from 8am-8pm. You can make arrangements for late check in and keys will be in lockbox outside. If you have to check out early, you can also drop off keys at the slot at the front desk. Although breakfast was not included, the restaurant in the building had cook to order breakfast, which was delicious. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner. Although the selections were few, the food we ordered tasted very good. The free underground gated parking and laundry made my stay worth it. Tip: You have to hold the card key in front of a card reader on the right side halfway down the ramp just before the entrance of the garage until it lights up green and beeps in order for the garage gate to open. The card reader is protected from rain and weather by a silver metal housing and mounted to the wall. I couldn't find it at first, but the front desk person showed me where it was. Then you have to drive up really close to the gate for the sensor to open the gate when you exit the garage. No card key reader inside the garage. Limited parking spots. I would say about 20 spots, but I was there during an off peak time of the year (middle of June) so there was plenty of parking.

We had an executive room. Surprised to see a washer/dryer. Nice to prep before flight home. Restaraunts nearby. PJ's was wonderful for dinner.

The young ladies at the Reception desk, both when we arrived and when we left, were very accommodating and agreed to hold our luggages - on the first day until our room was ready to check in, and on the last day, after we checked out, until we left for the airport, so we could walk around the area freely. The only slight downsides (none vital) were the fact that, although the room was serviced during our 3 nights stay, it wasn't vacuumed, and the replenish of the kitchen stuff was kind of random, with different products not being re-offered. Also, there was a lot of condensation on the window in the morning and, while we couldn't see outside, the water accumulated at the bottom, next to the carpet. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The property had underground parking which was good in the snow. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the room were great.

The location is good, the staff was very friendly, hotel entrance needs a good cleaning. Overall the rooms were great, I highly recommend this hotel, it’s a bit pricey.

Had an issue with a bad smell in the room, either from previous cooking or the heat pump. Staff denied there was a smell and said they had no spare rooms to move to.

Large 2 bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer. Very clean and roomy. We were only there for one night, but we would’ve been happy to stay for longer.

Property was great and staff were excellent. My only problem was with the reservation. The hotel never received it. So I had to book at the hotel and cancel my reservation through Travelocity.
