They will charge you 18% tax and refuse to give you an invoice. I have reported this to the relevant authorities

The hotel is somewhat sterile, the restaurant lacked any sense of homeliness and the breakfast range limited, I didn't find the restaurant staff to be at all friendly though the front desk were really good.I would stay here again.

Room was brand new and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly

1 night stay. Located in a none touristy area, which I was aware of and booked it for that reason. Traffic is horrendous everywhere in Lima, so be prepared to never get anywhere on time. You need a taxi to go anywhere from this hotel. I didn't mind. Check-in was so-so. Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier and more accommodating. Next morning, the other receptionist on duty made it up, was really friendly and helpful. Room allocation appeared to be an issue. Double glazed windows are almost useless. You can hear the traffic noise and the honking all times. However, the furnishing of the room was spectacular. Great design, simple, practical and very appealing. Everything worked. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept it! Congrats to the designer or management who selected the beds and the furnishing. It's worth trying this hotel if you don't want to be in the middle and close to the "action" of Lima.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.

It provides every thing I need from a Business Hotel. Its location is a bit away from the tourist attractions but it is ideal for me.

Everything was clean and orderly. Staff was quick and efficient. The only thing to keep in mind if you have a big car, parking is a plenty but small.

It was lovely and the staff were very friendly, helpful, awesome. I wished it was closer to tourist attractions. We had to take taxis to areas to be picked up for tours. We plan to return to Peru.

The knowledge of the front desk people was not good at all... I booked my room online, and when I checked in they told me I needed to pay for the room... all I had done before was only preparation for getting the room. After an hour in my room they called me and said the double charged me. Then they proceeded to remove my charges as well as the taxi fee for arrival. (Which I thought was included before I booked the room... but anyways!)The next morning I checked out and requested a taxi to the airport and I paid... however upon arrival at the airport the taxi driver told me I needed to pay for transportation. We called the hotel and when we talked with front desk they informed me that the charges I paid for where cancelled... and I needed to pay taxi driver. Approximately $70 for taxis and $60 for room. Complete waste of time getting this hotel!

The room was suprisingly spacious, comfortable and with a great view. Nice central location in Lima. Great value for the price.
