Charlie and Charlotte are naturally gifted hosts. My partner and I booked a stay for a nearby friend’s wedding and unfortunately had to cut the stay short due to work commitments. We wish to have stayed longer!! The property is beautiful, with luxurious rooms and original features. In the morning we were created by Charlotte and Charlie for breakfast along with the other guests, and sat around the kitchen table chatting and laughing about the night before. It was as if visiting an old family friend who we had known for years. The couple have an effortless manner and charm in entertaining, and the breakfast was a culinary delight. Thank you both for being so warm and we hope to see you soon and make up for our stay being cut short!

Breedon Hall was a perfect venue for a birthday surprise for my mother. The Hall provides a comfortable and relaxing venue with everything done to make you feel at home. My mother said it was the best birthday she had ever had!!

The host family are welcoming and interesting/ interested. Got the feeling that they enjoy life and like having visitors! Excellent breakfast, lovely rooms.

I booked this as a special night for my son and his wife who had just had a horrible wedding night at the hotel they had their reception at. I spoke to Charles on the phone and was reassured that they would be fine there. I drove them to the hotel and they were amazed as they drove up the long driveway with the B&B facing them. I dropped them off to enjoy their upgraded Wedding Suite and collected them the following day. They were so grateful and loved the whole experience, a beautiful room, a lovely breakfast and felt well looked after. I will keep this one in my favourites and maybe pay them a visit ourselves one night for a special night away. A HUGE thanks to them for making their delayed wedding night a special one.

Good communication, Charles called on the day to confirm expected arrival, easy to find, good parking on site. Private walled location within the village. Very friendly welcome on arrival with a cup of tea/coffee. Relaxed and informal throughout, hosts live on site and available to offer advice on the local area which they know very well (The Hollybush is closed on Tuesdays) Lovely big bedroom, a real treat, clean and great decor. Breakfast is brilliant, very sociable hosts, great conversationalists, no formal menu just ask for what you would like more or less. Top stay, my best BnB experience, recommended.

The building was fantastic and very convenient for Donnington Park circuit. The breakfast was very tasty and the personal service was very good. However, the room we were given was very small, there was no lock on the room and there were other guest rooms, also without locks.

This was a wonderful overnight stay and so much more personal than a hotel. We were warmly welcomed with the offer of wine, coffee and a chat in the drawing room. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was in a lovely large rustic kitchen and was everything you would expect. Thank you to Charles and Charlotte for their hospitality. We would definitely return if in the area.

Beautiful home, beautiful guest room. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel so at home. Breakfast in the large kitchen with the other guests was very relaxed and Charlotte made each person breakfast to order. The homemade granola with fresh berries was delicious as was the avocado on toast, but full English was available if one wanted it. This place was a treat!

Lovely place and very nice people that run it, rooms are beautifully luxurious and individually designed rooms. Breakfast was freshly cooked for you and excellent quality, very personal customer service and genuine homely feel about the way it is run and feel very welcomed which is refreshing in the modern day with most hotels being box like, faceless, practical experiences.

Stayed here for a night on business. I arrived late and had to leave early but Breedon Hall was extremely accommodating.The building itself its beautiful and there is a grand but homely feel to the place. Unfortunately, I left to early to eat breakfast but have been reliably informed that it is fantastic.

The BNB is run by a lovely couple who made you feel like you were part of the family being welcomed into their home. The property has pretty grounds surrounded by the English countryside with clean and comfortable rooms filled with character and all the amenities you could need, including fluffy robes! Breakfasts were delicious and never left you hungry with pretty much everything you could want from a full english to smashed avocado on toast. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our experience was simply perfect in every way. Our hosts were very kind, and did us an enormous favour. We were very comfortable and happy staying at Breedon Hall.
