Very good location, clean environment and warm service. The room service breakfast is superb, and yummy! Highly recommended!

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in.

This hotel has good location, the convenience store is just 20 s walk. The breakfast is also nice. I recommend you to stay here at least one night.

The property is so close to Karuizawa station and the famous outlet. I originally planned for 2 nights but have decided to stay just 1 night. The male evening staff was so helpful to cancel my 2nd night without charging me and told me I would get a refund from Expedia. Let’s wait and see! Will definitely stay here again!

This was the nicest room I have stayed in during my trip around Japan. The room was positively spacious. They brought breakfast to my room in a picnic basket.

The room is clean and cosy. Then really easy to access from Karuizawa Station. The convenience store is just in front. Can be highly recommended.

The room is so big, facilities are very good, and the hotel provides all cleansing products for remove makeup. Also the location is near the station. But the surroundings shops close very early.

Close to train station and outlet, have a convenience store (close @ 2300) opposite to hotel, surprise that the walkway connecting new & old wings is not fully enclosed and may get wet during rainy days, room (2 western beds + Japanese tartartme area able to accommodate 2 more guests) is spacious, shower and toilet are good but the washing basin is a bit small, generally clean, wifi is strong, recommend for family.

Location is still good , 10 mins walk to the station. Hotal has no lift, it is hard to move your luggage. The room is clean and big, the bathroom is good , but the facilities to change ur clothing is bad, coz u the bathroom is only bathroom, no space for you to wash hand and changing clothing, u need to do them in the bathroom outside with a "paper "cover. Still good for you to visit. THe staff are nice and polite, but their policy is stubborn, even they have a room, they still need to wait until the check in time. I know it is the policy of the hotel, but it maybe can be more friendly. The nearby has a convient store, you can buy all your need but all of them closed at 11pm

The hotel was amazing. It was new and nicely decorated. There is a library section where you can sit and read, and it is really cozy to chill. Although there are only Japanese books. The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very polite. We stayed 2 nights here and felt very comfortable. It is 5 minutes to walk to the Karuizawa train station. 2 convenient stores near it, and so is good for getting supplies.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located not far from the train station in Karuizawa. We had a Western-style room, with a Japanese-style sitting and dining area. Although there is no Onsen at the hotel, our bathroom was spacious, with separate sink, toilet and bathing areas. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast and easy to log on to. A wonderful choice!
