Beautiful inside and out. The observation deck was a nice place to watch the sunset and sunrise.
Great food in the cafe. Coffee pot, microwave and mini firdge in the room were great to have. The work out room was generously sized and well equipped. There was a laundry but we didn't use it. Will go again.

This was the best Marriott I’ve ever stayed in! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were nice and the lobby/pool/grounds were awesome!

The staff was very friendly and great. Our room was clean and fit our family perfectly. The pool was clean and a great way to cool off after hiking. The laundry services and food service was also a great added bonus. We will be back.

You should remove in room coffee. The coffee and creamer options are awful. Instead place a coffee bar in the main lobby.

Doors slam so loud at all hours it’s hard to sleep. If you’re on first floor….people are super loud above you. Mini fridge smelled. Grounds gardeners were there in the am and it was loud as well. Could not relax with coffee outside. Plus no food service from 10-4 and no outside food/drinks from 8-6? We left a day early due to all our issues.

Our stay was great. Location perfect and we loved the pool. Food at the restaurant was good!

Rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool, and the gym was satisfactory. Just didn't feel like the value was there for the money. Pull out sofa bed mattress was thin and ridiculously uncomfortable; had to pay to park, had to purchase morning coffee, no complimentary breakfast. Holiday Inn is a much better value with more perks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and the extra single pull out was very useful for a family of 5. We do like the availability of a refrigerator and microwave. My kids also enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool in the evening after hiking.

The view and upper terrace were great.
There was no phone or internet service (dead zone). The check in staff place our four rooms as far away from each other as you could get. Starbucks does not cater to kids with their selection.

The hotel has enough space for parking per each guest.
That's practically reaping their guests by charging $25 a day for parking spot. That will be very critical to stay at that hotel again for my next trip just for the parking charges. Will not recommend to anyone, because the location of the hotel is not at center of downtown Sedona to inflate that kind of charges.

Location at the far end of West Sedona but okay with a car. Room comfortable.
Check-in was poorly handled. Told we had to pay for WiFi, which I challenged, but told fee was waived if I joined rewards program, which I did. Charge was still added to my bill! Was only taken off when challenged at check-out.
Trash cans allow recying to be separated but housekeeping emptied it all into one bag; what a joke.
Laundry: you have to download a $10 token but the wash cost $6, so they're just taking money for nothing.
