It was fine for a quick in/out stay, it was very old but clean, it actually felt like an abandoned hotel.. staff was nice when checked in.they gave us one towel for 2 people, weird…location was great for the beach.

Very good location and nice room set up. The towels were dirty and bugs everywhere including the shower.

Overall it's great but we needed more hanging hooks for clothes and outlets to change near the bed.

Furniture totally run down. Old and dirty floor matts. Nothing like the pictures published

not fancy or expensive but comfortable and quick trail to great boogie board beach made it perfect for us

Basic hotel, wouldn’t stay there more than one night. Beds sound a lot, smells like mold/humid. Nightshift staff was super friendly and let us in fast. I guess there is a reason why it was the cheapest available hotel for the night.

The hotel is very basic and the rooms could use an upgrade. However the location is really good. Very close to the beach (5 min walk) and very close to the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park (10 min). The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff is nice and friendly.

Location near beach, bars, restaurants & shops great. 2 small pools to relieve heat of day. Overall property is ripe for refurbishment

Room smelt terrible. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

It had a really great view and the staff was really nice

If you choose a room on the top floor there's a really nice view that make you forget that the place is a bit old but you can see that they are working on it! Location is really great, there are restaurants and convenient stores at walking distance but if you want more choices you will have to take the bus / taxi or a car for a 5-10 min drive which was done fine.

I was not able to check in until the exact check in time. I was told the room was being cleaned. The room was not very clean. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Very decent hotel for a stay on a budget in the Manuel Antonio National Park area. Great location for the beach and the park entrance. Pools are a nice place to relax after a day in the park. A few restaurants are nearby on the beach and others can be reached by a short but uphill walk. A taxi might have been a better choice to reach better restaurants closer to Quepos. The room was quite large and the king size bed was comfortable. Decoration is aging and A/C unit was loud. Breakfast is a bit expensive but in the area's average price. Staff was helpful to book a shared shuttle back to San José Airport.

The proximity to the beach and Manual Antonio National Park were great. I did not realize that the restaurant was only open for breakfast, 7 to 9 am. The microwave was only available those hours as well. Complimentary coffee would have been appreciated. Lots of stairs and inclines, not for anyone with mobility challenges.

Excellent location- you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Also very inexpensive. Only complaint is that the bathroom has an open window/vent that lets in a very funky smell from the back of the hotel. Seems like the vent was not far from trash bins or something.

The price is one of the cheapest we have found in Costa Rica & it is with in walking distance of the beach. The staff are all very friendly.

Hotel location is fabulous, across the street from the beach and just a short walk to stores restaurants and the entrance to the national park. The hotel itself is a little worn down and could use a deep cleaning and some upgrades, but for the price it was a good value. The pools (there are 2) and grounds are quite pretty but it is located in a tropical paradise.

Pros: across the street from the beach, free parking and close to Manuel Antonio national park.Cons: outdated, not very clean, we had slugs on the walls and floor, shower head wasnt working properly, overall atmosphere of the room didnt feel welcoming, very noisy as its right off the main street.
