The staff was very despotic, they never came up to give me cleaning service. I was in that situation for 4 days. I didn't receive cleaning and they were very restricted in giving out towels.

I liked the rooms were quiet, I didn't hear sound coming from other rooms. Which made it so my dog was able to sleep.

Clean and efficient

The size of the room and having a full kitchen with dishwasher and range was amazing. The air conditioning was top-notch. I've never been in a hotel with better air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We wish that we had stayed longer.

There was no breakfast and I had that box checked went I looking for a place to stay. And it was more expensive with no Breakfast. That was pretty sad!!!

Everything was great for a short stay.

We were in town for the Core Hydration Classic. The hotel is average. It was an easy walk (about 10 minutes) to the XL Center. We tried for early check in but it was an added cost, so we parked and came back to check in later. That saved me parking at the venue. The hotel is kind of odd in that the entry way where check in is open to the second floor which is where we stayed. It was so loud all night. I couldn’t tell if it was people in the lobby partying or if the party was literally outside our door. It was rude. No, I didn’t call it in as I was extremely tired and was just praying it would stop. There is no way the front desk wasn’t aware as they are literally right there. I did complain in the morning. The next morning we wanted to use the pool which was FREEZING and the shower in the bathroom there DOES NOT work. That was a huge inconvenience. They let us back in the room for this reason. I’d probably try another hotel next time.

I stayed over night for a college orientation. Check in was easy and the room was clean location was okay. I'll come back again.

No soap in the bathroom. The tv never worked. The microwave couldn’t heat a cup of water for tea. The lazy boy chair was stained with I can only imagine. All the furniture was worn, dented, and not a hotel should be proud of. Never staying in this chain again!!
