Supposed to be a fancy good place.
The worst place I have stayed ever. Found cockroaches everywhere. Literally everywhere. Teeth retainer from someone else in the floor. Trash on carpet, as soon as you enter the room smells like mold and humidity. Didn’t want to bring extra bed blankets even though there were no sheets for pull out couch. Receptionist were very very rude. They all made excuses saying they don’t own the room.
Do not book anything from hotels.com ever again,

What a comically engaged vacation! Started with wrong room. We ended up in the storage room with 50 phones. And babby crib and boxes stacked to the ceiling in the laundry room. Latches off doors, locked out of own bathroom. Had to go to the lobby bathroom. Just a nightmare. Pool kets never worked the entire trips after 3 sets made. Room keys had to be remade twice also. The resort charged us for the resort fee; however my wife had to pay twices for beach chairs and we were stll charged the resort free for 3 days...smh. not worth staying here and saving $200. Not worth it. Next time im going the the Ritz!

When booking this hotel stay I was not informed that this particular room at the hotel (which I also called directly before booking on hotels.com) was supposedly owned by an individual so there was no soap provided and the front desk said they were unable to give us soap, shampoo or even towels. Another thing that I was not aware of is that you have to have valet parking and the majority of the time it would take a very long time for them to bring the car to you which made us late for a reservation one night.
They also do not provide luggage carts.

He’s and pillow comfortable. We were in a two bedroom suite which seems to not be owned by Marriott. It’s owned by individual people so you have your own service department. Theres nothing to clean your own dishes , so when we found lipstick on a glass there’s no way to clean it. Pillows aren’t already covered with pillow covers, you do it yourself. Which pillows given were dirty and it was a gross chore but a must for comfort we wanted. The slide could be refurbished and pool bar closes by 5. Service person we had to call for items wasn’t friendly nor customer service oriented.
Overall liked proximity and ambiance. A few things could be changed.

Not what I would have expected from a Marriott. The breakfast was fine, dinner was awful - limited menu for kitchen remodel I think? Unit was dirty and in need of renovation. The carpet was just disgusting. Doors had missing hardware. Staff was mostly friendly. Would not stay again for how expensive it is. Definitely not worth it.

Hotel location was beautiful but the room was dirty. The kitchen floor had crumbs under the chairs from before our stay and was never cleaned the eight nights we stayed. Carpet was never vacumned while we stayed. Bathroom towel, sheets and pillowcases all had stains. Even if they were clean, for the price we paid their shouldnt be any stains. Carpet was stained all over. Bathroom shower had a leak that left water pooling by the toilet which caused the shower track to have mold. Also somehow my yankee mug disappeared. My only regret is not taking a picture to show. We wont be going back. The mirror in the bathroom above the sink had toothpaste stains all over it.

Avoid this hotel and avoid using Hotels.com. Hotels.com advertises their price match guarantee but they did not honor two separate price matches i provided. Upon check in, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water in the main shower, sink or kitchen sink. I emailed guest services who said they checked it out and claimed it was a “user error.” I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and certainly know how to turn on hot water. Next my daughter saw bugs in the room and we killed a couple of them. Again the guest services said there was no bugs. We noticed the water in the toilets was a yellow color. Again, gust services said it was not out of the ordinary and perfectly safe. I tried to get a refund, they never answered. They told me they sent maintenance to our room but we weren’t there. Like i am supposed to sit around all day and wait for them while on a vacation!? I asked them to send the hotel manager up but they never did. After two nights of this BS, we checked out two days early and started driving home. I will never use marriot or hotels.com ever again.

I didn't like that if you did not book through Marriott they had nothing to do with your room. No maid service, nothing!! They wanted me to contact the owner of the unit to get my room made up even though it stated that your room would be made up daily...most times by 12noon that was not the case...the front desk said they could not do anything about it. I think that it reflects very poorly on the Marriott brand, I am a long time Marriott guest the next time I travel...I Will Not be staying at a Marriott property!!!!! Very Disappointed!!!! I have been in the travel industry and talk to a Lot of people who travel regularly. I will Defiantly NOT by recommending a stay in any Marriott property. Tony Cuvee

Our 2 room apartment was a great amount of space for family of 4. Really enjoyed both pools, and the beach access was perfect. Nice staff, clean resort. Requested late checkout and they were very accomodating. Would highly recommend!

I cant say enough! We only did an overnight with kids but the accommodations were excellent. We were given early check in and late checkout which gave us 2 days to spend at the amazing pool. We will definitely be back and soon.

Constructuon is being done on the resort. It appears the unit I stayed in is in need of some touch ups and fixes but it did not directly effect the ability to completely enjoy all of the amenities that were working and available.

Great place to stay. Family loved it! Valet was easy arriving and departing. Although they didn’t have enough luggage carts. The beach and pool were lovely. The kids had a blast in the slide. They let little ones go down with adults which was great for our 4 year old. The guys working out at the beach setting up chairs and umbrellas and taking food & drink orders were very helpful. The hotel itself is nice & clean but you can tell it’s getting run down a bit with the high volume of guests and typical wear and tear. The food is a bit over priced but we enjoyed all our meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). I liked that there was a Starbucks coffee & gift shop in the lobby. The room was perfect for us. We had a king size bed and pullout couch for the kids. The bedroom was separated by a partial wall which was nice. Full kitchen, huge Roman bathtub and walk in shower. Closet was a bit small but we had a short stay so it didn’t bother us. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back.

We love visiting Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. We always have a great time with our kids, who love the pools, especially the Lagoon one with the fun slide and waterfall. The staff is very friendly and cordial. Property is kept clean and current. There are many dining options nearby that we enjoy. Highly recommended for families.

We stayed in a 2 bed room suite ocean view with balcony that faced North. The suite was very clean. The restaurants were great and we enjoyed lunch on site. The Beach service was amazing and had food and drink brought to us on the beach! The airport was close to the resort and it was also a short drive to downtown West Palm for shopping. The best and closest restaurants near by were in Palm Beach Gardens. The only complaint I have is the long wait for the valet to get our car. We had dinner reservations and arrived late. But when it came to the gym, it was larger than we expected for a beach resort. The pool had a waterfall and slide which the kids really loved. I liked the pool cabanas and hot tub. Overall the resort delivered and we are coming back soon :)

When I arrived to the hotel, the linen on each bed were visibly soiled. I contacted the front desk immediately to be told the room cannot be cleaned because this room is not managed by Marriott and its management is gone for the day. I was switched to a different room in which I had to pay for by booking directly with Marriott. The next day I spoke to James Cooper who is the manager for the dirty room, he advised I return to the room despite hearing my issues stating I will not be refunded and will incur double charges. I contacted Christian with Experian, he advised he can only do what James tells him he can as they are at the mercy of the "hotel". I remained in the clean room, initiated a charge back with my bank, and will be contacting my attorney to initiate litigation proceedings if I am not refunded fully. I am attaching photos for you all to see before booking. I want to point out that Jose, the manager of Marriott was very helpful in getting us into a clean room and he even gave us a free breakfast as he was able to witness it all unfold. He is an asset to Marriott. If you book at this hotel, to avoid this type of issue book directly on Marriott's website, Jose said those are all managed by Marriott.

Had some minor issues that James Cooper took care of quickly. We’ve stayed here before with different companies and I have to say that this by far was the best. They were very responsive to our needs and kept our room immaculate. Great to work with. Highly recommend this. James thanks for everything.

Mid-range resort on nice stretch of beach - be careful as some units are serviced by Marriott and other private operators service others; our unit was not Marriott and was filthy upon arrival - hair and urine on toilet, clumps of hair in shower, hair and blood stains on sheets; food under furniture; dirty towels on washer - the sofa was worn out and only fit for small children; "full kitchen" advertised but very limited kitchen items - lots of potential as bones of condo units are decent if kept clean and up to date; unfortunately, only valet parking; extra fees for internet and use of beach chairs which is annoying; not much around within walking distance
