The cabins were so cute and clean. They are outdated and understandingly with covid last year nobody did much upgrading. We were scheduled to stay two nights but only stayed one as the bed was very very old. Worst night of sleep in a long time. If the bed were updated my husband and I would 100% return to stay a long weekend. Quiet, clean, excellent hot water. Easy to find. A bed can make a huge difference.

We were assigned into a dilapidated cabin with no hot water, no wifi (as advertised), curtains that didn’t cover the window (we had to hang a towel for privacy). The door could not be completely closed, and the floors were all slanted. Tree roots were mounded in front of the cabin causing a dangerous entrance. No one was available in the office even though they were supposed to be there. The only positive, despite the terrible condition, was that it appeared to be clean. We were supposed to stay two nights but could not possibly stay a second night.

Owner was super welcoming and friendly! Really beautiful area that is conveniently close to everything! We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to going back!

Little rustic cabins that are clean and relaxing. Fun place if you want to get away from things for awhile.

We enjoyed our stay in a quaint little cottage. The bed was comfortable and it had a little refrigerator and nice hot shower. It was a cold weekend so we were glad we brought extra blankets with us. We would stay there again.

If you look for a place fare away from the city in the woods this is the right one. No TV, no internet, no microwave - forest, fire, silence. Good for summer time, very clean.

Place is perfect for your adult get away! Tiny living/house style, perfect to get away form all the noise! If you like it simple this is the place for you, we WILL be returning next season!

It was a pleasant stay needs a little tlc but there working on it would recomend it for a nice little cabin very nice fire at night owners are great .

It was a little rough . But it was clean had plenty of hot water. And the beds were comfortable. We were looking for a place close to town quiet and less expensive then a chain . We got all of that !!!!!

Camp fire was a pleasant surprise. Helpful staff. Air conditioning was wonderful.

The motel room was clean,check in and out quick and easy,and very friendly,very peaceful,my only disapointment was website states hotel room comes with coffee/tea maker and didnt comes with one had to drive down the street for coffee in the morning.Need to update website,and couldve used better pillows.Other than that stay was nice,had frig and microwave which was good

Look at the description on the website and it states no frills lodging. We wanted to go camping but do not own a tent or camper. This was the ideal spot. Bathroom, electric and real beds make it one step up from camping. One of the owners was always on the premises but we did not need anything special. They are very friendly. There was a community campfire that we sat at one evening and had great conversation with the owners and other guests. They also put on a great fireworks display with them being legal for possession in New Hampshire. If you want to camp but hate the idea of roughing it, give this place a try for a night.

Close to where we were going and far enough away for noise and traffic. Owners were very friendly and helpful with answering our questions. We would go back there again and would stay in a cabin with a screened in porch

No one ever came to clean the room before our 2nd night same towels room was same way as when we left that morning and came back to stay at night!

we stayed one night because of the Chris Stapleton concert. We found the room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was responsive when we had a problem with the water heater. I would return.

I often travel alone for business, and have never experienced anything like this either domestically or internationally. Upon arriving, I noticed the accommodations were adequate, but a bit run down. After checking in to the cabin, I left to get takeout. As I was leaving , a large barking dog came charging towards my car and came very close to my door before being yanked back by a chain. Needless to say, it was startling. It was starting to get dark when I got back and I went outside to eat in the screened porch. I noticed there were no other cars at the nearby cabins, and there was a fire pit about 50 yards in front of me with two men drinking and listening to loud rock music ( one being the man who checked me in). As a woman traveling alone, it immediately made me uncomfortable. Not only did it appear I was the only guest, but to have two men drinking outside of my cabin made me uneasy. I went back inside and decided since it was late, I would stay the night. A few hours later it was quiet outside, so I decided to go on the porch for some air. Then I noticed someone was sitting in the dark, smoking a cigarette, and facing my cabin. I made a call to a friend who put me at ease- by this time it was too late to find another place in the woods of NH and I had a business event in the morning. The cabin had a flimsy lock, & unsecured windows, so I spent a sleepless night with my car alarm button nearby. In the future, I will listen to my gut.

We had a great overnight. The shower stalls were very small, weren't able to use. Television did not work. Only one fan in a cabin with 2 bedrooms. Had to buy another fan. No wi-fi at all. If you want a no frills cabin this place is great!!!
