Just one night stopover but a great stay. Quite, friendly staff, large room with nice view.

This was a great stay. Quiet with a Lovely view over the river. Room was very spacious with super spa bath. Mattress was perfect, neither to soft nor too hard. Bedding was lovely. Housekeeping staff were great.

We had a small issue that was quickly rectified by the team and would recommend staying here. The location is perfect, with people fly fishing on the narrow river at the back of the property. There is a fish/seafood grocery store in walking distance, and a bar that is part of the complex. A short drive away are all of the shopping you might need to take care of your requirements.

Nice view of the nearby stream and walking path. Located in a light industrial area but walkable (1-2km) to shopping and several nice restaurants and a nice park.

Great service highly recommend

I liked the view from the deck out over the park and river - the area is very quiet, particularly in the evening. It was great to have all Sky TV channels available and a television that works, unlike a lot of places I've stayed in. I found the motel difficult to find - the street it's in has been realigned over the years and the maps don't show it properly. Little things in the room took the shine off the quality and the value for money - one window doesn't close properly, the bathroom sink tap is loose, there's a unpainted plywood board attached to the base of the spa bath, paint is flaking off in the bathroom, and the tv is tilting over to the right. The air conditioning seems to struggle to cool the room down and the remote display didn't appear to be working. All minor things that could be sorted easily though.

Motel staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful, we had a medical emergency, which hospitalised my mother in law, the owners were very empathetic, and made arrangements for us to stay longer than planned, I cannot praise or thank them enough, I would certainly return, and stay again, Motel is very convenient for town centre, and all major supermarkets, there is a friendly bar next door, that serve a very good pint.

Has a fantastic pub next door, excellent pub food, reasonably priced. Such spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and very warm as we were there when the temperature dropped. Staff so friendly and helpful

The waterfront motel is in good location and clean and central location for the city.we like the quietness and it had enough utensils for one to cook like breakfast etc. The spring water for river behind our room was a great.

This was a surprisingly great overnight stay -lovely big room & bathroom but the biggest surprise was the wonderful river views when I pulled back to curtains in the morning -very helpful staff -

We loved our stay here with its clean and tidy large rooms. The staff were very helpful in allowing us to do all our washing and use the dryer while we were there too making our trip a lot more enjoyable, thanks so much!
