Maricel at Front Desk was really nice, helpful and accommodating. The only downside really was one particular staff thats part of the kitchen/breakfast staff doing breakfast. Food came in slow. And mostly empty trays. At 9 am on a Sunday at that. Coffee pots were also empty. Bagels and muffins were non existent. The icing on the cake is when I overheard her refer to hotel guests having mediocre breakfast as "hungry vultures". That to me is so disrespectful of paying guests. This is a Mariott affiliated hotel. And I've always stayed at Marriott hotels. And had great experiences with staff. So she was sadly, a very disappointing experience to be had during this visit. Forget the fact that the breakfast food was not what I would expect for a Marriott hotel. But having pleasant staff is always a priority for me. Maricel more than made up for her shortcomings. Kudos to her.

Check in time was 4 pm we arrived at 6 pm. Room had not been cleaned had to wait 30 min. They said they were busy and I had asked for that room not true.i was given that room when I confirmed reservation. GM never apologized just put it all back on me..my fault. I will never stay in a Fairfield again especially that one.

We went to the Rockport location to have some days off after hip replacement surgery for me. Everything seemed pretty clean and the young lady at the desk was very nice. After the first night, we asked if there was a room that had a more firm bed because this one was hurting both of us and the man said no, we asked about getting a new room and he said he would have to look into it, but he never got back with us. There was a huge stain on the mattress cover where it looked like someone had knocked a drink off the bedside table onto the bed and it had never been changed. The lady who works the breakfast on the days we were there was fantastic and very friendly.
We have simply decided because the beds are not comfortable, and we ended up having to rotate the mattress to sleep at all the last two nights we will not be returning to this location

PERSONAL VERY FRIENDLY.
IT IS REALLY AWFUL THEY CHANGE, THE SHEETS EVERY 5 DAYS VACUUM, AND CLEAN THE BATHROOM EVERY 5 DAYS. THE THRASH OUT AND TOWELS NEED TO BE CLEAN EVERYDAY

Very cozy and comfortable. Perfect location, literally access to anywhere you would want to go! We will definitely be back!!

Room was spacious and clean, pool was amazing, large with lots of lounge chairs and tables. Hotel was very quiet, even though we were right next to the elevator. Only things that could have been better: breakfast was the same every day, after 3 days it got old and we went next door for breakfast tacos, and the beds are soft and a little smaller than a normal queen.

The hotel was extremely clean and smelled clean. That was wonderful! The mattresses could be a lot more comfortable, but everything else was great!

The pros: no one was terribly rude, not friendly, but these days it's a win if employees aren't overtly rude. Pool was clean. Protein at breakfast: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon. As well as waffles, cereal, etc. The cons: AC stopped working about midnight. The TV wouldn't work: powered on and then would fade to black and shut off. No towels in towel cupboard at pool. Curtains had a big gap allowing bright light to bathe the room all night. Tip to management: put clips in the rooms for this problem.

Comfortable room and reasonable pool but the staff need more training. Sullen almost rude service at breakfast however, young women cleaning rooms was helpful and friendly.

Trey at the front desk was having a difficult time seeing the computer as he checked us in. His obvious squinting was an immediate indication. He didn’t know how to check us in properly and placed a hold on our card for three times the normal rate. He also didn’t know how to fix his mess up either. After standing there with our bags for what seemed like forever and no communication from Trey I looked at my account and noticed the error. I asked Trey about it and he stated he was trying to fix it. Had I not asked would he have told me… hmm? Either way he stated he couldn’t fix it and I’d just need to wait for a week until the funds were replaced. Smh. Incompetency at its finest.

Great experience overall! Pool was great staff was great from the first to last second. My family and I enjoyed it! We stayed a few night with our one year old and it was so continent
