half the lights non functioning in the room. Bottom of bathtub was caving in. Breakfast was stale muffins or bread, and bananas

Friendly staff & convenient area.... although I don't think that makes up for the roaches & having to laundromat everything before loading up & moving on with the trip.... 😩

The pool was being worked on and was not useable!! That would have been helpful to know before booking and it was not POSTED anywhere. Big 👎👎👎

Gloria greeted us and was very sweet and helpful. We had to stay an extra day because of our car situation and, staff was very understanding. The rooms and lobby are clean and management was very kind as well. The area around the hotel was safe but, just older and not the most appealing part of Pascagoula. But there is a lot of the restaurants down the street.

I like that there is so much restaurants and shopping near by. What I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi service it was pretty slow and logged you out of it many times.

Do your self a favor and don't stay here. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to due to how bad it was.
Took 20 minutes to check in because nobody was at front desk.
Room was dirty. Halls stunk of weed. At dinner time the terrible smell of indian cuisine was going into the room.

When I came into the lobby to check in I was ignored for 20 minutes while man on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me or say anything the man that checked me in kept saying all my personal information out loud while other guest stood around my room had multiple roaches crawling around and my door lock was not safe I didn’t enjoy my stay the room was dirty and no one came to clean my room

The owner/manager was a bit abrasive as far as demeanor toward us when we arrived. The woman during the morning and day was very kind and friendly. Doors had to be finagled as they didn’t latch on their own, tub dripped, pool was filthy and very rough. Three of scraped our feet on the bottom of the pool. Food was decent. Service anytime we needed something was excellent. Kept clean and fresh towels each day.

The hall way smelled like smoke, the hall carpets were very dirty. My room had a broken toilet seat, and the tub was cracked. There was a hole in the bathroom door.
The staff said the hall carpet was planned to be cleaned and was receptive to my criticism. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My kids was disappointed the pool wasn’t open like we thought. It wasn’t that clean I had to literally wipe down spray myself. It was that dirty! Smoke detectors wasn’t working in the room, air wasn’t blowing correctly. It was cheap for three nights. I guess u get what you pay for. I made home Sunday and Monday tested positive for Covid. I’m want be staying at this hotel again!

Looked like they may be working on the property but the toilet was two low and the shower had a big hole in the tub. Microwave was old and nasty. Bed slid everytime you sit on it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a full-size fridge, hot plate, and was very spacious. The overall condition of the building was good. Only con I had was the bath towels were a little on the small side.
Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

It was too expensive to be so trashy. They had roaches, the shower does not work. I paid $211 for two nights, and they did not have enough towels for 3 people. The towels had stains on them. They did not have a elevator. It was disgusting!

Management is trying to bypass your services and get customers to call him directly .we were forced to change rooms first night. No explanation.

The young woman at the front desk was really sweet. The ladies cleaning the rooms were all so really great. The manager or owner downstairs is a complete jerk. We asked for towels and he went off and gave us ONE hand towel.
Breakfast is cereal and waffles or yogurt from a machine. ??
Cops came and threw out guests one night.
Most of all, the words "NO ELEVATOR" shouldn't be in the fine print.

The manager took care of it quickly. We would have switched rooms, but he had no other rooms available. I would suggest that someone check behind the housekeeping staff to be sure the rooms are ready for guests. We had driven 10 hours that day and had a late check in, so there is no excuse.Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Tub was dirty. Had hair in it. Pillow case had old hard rice on it. Killed several roaches. Valled the front desk. Would not move me to another room. Had a work to come up with an almost empty can of raid and spray where I saw the roaches. The lady mived the bed and ended up killing 3 roaches herself. Paid $100 to spend the night with roaches.

I was very disappointed my family and i got bit by bed bigs really bad and the employee tried to beat me getting mad about it will never go back
