Breakfast, however was awful - biscuits/sausage was tasteless, likewise scrsmbled eggs & turkey sausage, OJ was watered down. Coffee was out at 7:00am.

Wow! We only stayed one night driving back from Destin, but the bed was so amazingly comfortable!!! Spacious room and bathroom, TV, fridge and a pool that we didn’t use unfortunately. Elevator available. Free parking lot with ample space. But the next best thing at this hotel was the breakfast! Ren smiled as he worked, kept the food full and area clean, taking people’s plates as they finished. He made our morning!! Great hotel with comfy bed!!

The desk clerk that checked us in. She was not very personable or friendly at all. She didn't even take the time to tell us where her room was located or what time breakfast was. The room itself and the amenities were great. The bed is not that comfortable, but it's okay. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Convenient location off the highway with many restaurant choices. Wood frame construction, which is surprising. It means you can hear people walking around their hotel room above you. Maybe ask for the upper floor.

We stayed here twice in the same week. The staff are friendly and efficient! The breakfast is varied and tasty- hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings and a steakhouse across the street, with several other eating choices within walking distance. We felt safe walking. The first room was great. The second stay, we had room 122 and it was not so great. There is a terribly loud air whistle every few minutes coming from somewhere. But, we would definitely stay there again! Just not in room 122.

Expected more from this chain, as it is usually excellent on all counts. Room was clean but HVAC vent in ceiling was filthy & sink wouldn't drain properly. No printed channel guide (no guide on TV). Asked for it at front desk, but they couldn't be bothered to run one up. Excellent breakfast but disappointed that hot water dispenser wasn't provided alongside coffee dispensers for making tea (no tea packets, either). FOX "news" on lobby TV - really? After settling for $170 million in lawsuit exposing their deception & lies? You can do better.

The room stunk of musty and mold so bad I asked to be moved but no other rooms available, they provided a fan and I had to leave door open to draw in clean air to be able to breathe! It was horrible!

Check in was pleasant and easy. The room was a little aged with rust around door and along bottom of shower. The worst thing was all night long the sound of what seemed like a wing gust sporadically. We were in room 105 and idk if it’s design flaw perhaps when front doors open it creates a vacuum but it made it hard to sleep, even with a sound machine on! We left early as a result. The breakfast was hot and good. The bed was comfy but didn’t smell as fresh as usual. Overall it was fine but that noise all night was terrible!

We were traveling home but decided to pull off and get a hotel since we were getting tired. I booked easily through the app and checked in after 9pm. The front desk lady who helped was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. She was super friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were nice but super humid and everything was damp. Also, the freeway made it difficult to sleep but the beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was wonderful and so was the breakfast staff. Overall I was very happy with our quick little stay.

Check in was easy and stay was good till midnight when our room was given to a new guest and they walked in on us while we were sleeping. This could have ended very badly and when I called the front desk the guy sounded extremely high and did not even say im sorry- just oh okay! When he canceled the new guests key cards, it canceled ours too so we were locked out after breakfast. I feel a prorated price should be recalculated and refunded to us!

The large room window shade would not roll up which left our room dark (we wanted to play cards with our granddaughter). The front desk clerk came up to try and fix but could not so she was going to get ahold of someone to come and up… nobody came back nor did anybody call… they didn’t care!!! We did not have enough towels in our room, there was no TV guide in the room or on the TV and paint was peeling and chipping off in numerous places!!! Again, not what we expected from an overpriced Holiday Inn!!!

We loved that this motel was rather new. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and smelled like fresh pine when we walked in. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. Bathroom was a decent size and very clean. We also loved the large window in the room, making it nice and bright. The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast staff was super nice and helpful, coming to our table to remove empty plates and bowls. The selection of food of fantastic and we appreciated that the staff kept everything stocked. The price was very good for what we got. We'd definitely recommend this motel and would certainly stay there again!

We had a room for 5 people.
The room was ready when we got there but not for 3 adults and 2 kids.
So we had to ask for more towels and wash clothes. Cause there were only 2 sets in the room. Which they got.
And then there was no bedding for the hideaway. So we ask about it at 5:00 pm and it took them until 9:00 pm to get us a comforter and I had to call and remind them.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the firm bed and choice of soft or firm pillows. The shower water pressure was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The items were cooked correctly and were kept hot.
