This is our 4th stay here for various trips to Batemans Bay.It is spotless, good location for eating out, super oil;iging owners and well set up for bringing your now breakfast.

Beautiful little facility opposite the water
The soldiers club was walking distance for a lovely evening meal and drink

Extremely happy with my one night stay. Friendlyand helpful lady at reception who changed my high floor to groundfloor at my request.
Very modern decore and comfortable bed and sofa.Free parking outside unit. Bargain price for this type of lodging.
Would suggest a second towel hanger in bathroom and also a microwave oven. Found the bedlamps effective but for me meant getting out of bed to switch off. I am short.
No noise disturbance although on busy road.
I have stayed in many motels in the area but this was the best and yes, i will stay again. It is also close to the hospital

I have stayed at Quays on numerous occasions and have always found the hotel clean, safe and the staff are always the nicest and most friendly. Will continue to stay there when I am down the coast

The hotel room layout is well thought out which made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Parking is easy, the tea & coffee facilities generous, and the bed comfortable. I appreciated the keyless entry, and quiet location back off beach road. I would definately stay again.

Fantastic property. 10/10. Room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and lovely spa bath. Great king bed. Very easy parking. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great position too.

Staff were exceptionally helpful in changing our room, due to our booking error, so we saw 2 rooms and they both were fresh, clean and very well presented. Comfortable beds, Great location, easy checking in/out, definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It’s an excellent motel and quite clearly it’s recently renovated. Value for money is good. I’m a travelling salesman and my only concern it’s a distance from town. I walked into town anyway but summer would be better. Not much eats except Thai restaurant up the road which was shut the other night when I was in the Bay

Couldn't fault this place...spotless...super comfortable bed..plenty of everything....decent sized towels! Lovely toiletries provides...well done!!!!!

I’ve stayed here before and it has lived up to all expectations.
One suggestion this time around….. the room I occupied this time had the bathroom washbasin located in the room instead of in the bathroom! This was quite strange! Maybe, consider moving it into the bathroom.

The property is newly renovated and is looking very fresh, clean and modern. Comfortable beds and pillows, and room amenities (good TV, coffee machine) added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Good location. Clean room. Sink outside bathroom was very annoying. It’s on the table which is very high so it was extremely difficult to use. It’s on the same table where you make tea coffee and water splashes everywhere it’s disgusting. Bathroom very cramped. Gets wet everywhere outside shower area. With bath mat on the floor very difficult to close doors. Our bathroom door got locked from inside and took long time for us to open it.
