Had a great check in, fast turn around on getting a crib in the room and very kind front desk + housekeeping. You can park right by the elevators which is great, and the hotel has a working pool and gym, plus water and a 24/7 market in the lobby

Beautiful place

They are just over price on all of their food and i do mean everything. A pant of ice-cream was 12 dollars thats ridiculous. A simple breakfast id 14 dollars. So i skipped most breakfast.

My stay was short but nice. Loved the room and the closet situation.

Poor lighting in the room “Premium” room was way less than premium. I will not return.

This app was the initial part of the program. It tends to switch reservation dates and makes you, THE USER, fix the problem with the hotel. Thankfully the hotel manager fixed our problem and made everything right. The stay was good. Very accommodating. But housekeeping checked us out a bit early without notice.

The staff was friendly and helpful in finding local food. Long car share rides to get anywhere but that’s more of a statement about the locale than the property.

I just wish the tv guide worked better

The check in experience was horrible! I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When the situation was brought to the staffs attention the person who made the error Terri told me that no one needed to know and to not tell me experience. She then proceeded to yell at me, while she had another customer in front of her. Lucky Britney was quick to try to help and get us situated but Terri still yelling at us while i was talking to Brittany about how the situation was awkward and scary for me and my family. Terri kept yelling at me in fron of a lobby full customers and my family telling me just to complain to guest services and be quite about it. OVERALL WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Beautiful hotel in a nice fun shopping area with great eateries in the same area. Nice large suites that are well maintained. The pool was great and the gym was excellent.

I was quite surprised by the limited free internet access. Not only is it slow, but it seems to be limited in the amount of data! We're not used to the "Only one makeup" of the room every two days. And only a paper cup every two days is...

The staff was not helpful. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work. A lot of noise around 2-4am.

I had a 10/10 experience at The Hilton Garden Inn. I would definitely go back for another stay in Arlington.

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean beds were comfy shower was hot and the staff was friendly. Tristan at the front desk was always very professional and nice! Always had a smile on his face! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Dallas!

This hotel is very nice , nice rooms, great breakfast it has a restaurant and a bar you can relax and eat and have a drink without getting out , the only thing I did not like they need to work in the air conditioning the system by the window was very loud

My stay was amazing

I have stayed at this location before and it was great! This time I was put in an adjoining room next to two kids who sounded like they were destroying the room! They were slamming things and screaming! Not sure where their parents were! 😡
