Excellent experience. Instructions from the owner were clear and accurate. Parking was available almost directly in front of the property. Nice large room, coffee maker, and very nice bathroom in bed. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for five nights in May 2024. My room was large and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location is wonderful - just a 5 minute walk to the center. I didn’t see the staff very often because it was mostly unstaffed, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. A few opportunities for improvements: My room was very humid. Being on the first floor, I didn’t want the windows open all the time so people could see in. I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days it still was not dry and it was hard to sleep due to the humidity. I asked twice and finally the air was turned on. My shower head leaked over the top of the shower door, which meant my bathroom was all wet after showering. There are safety boxes where you can leave your key, which I did because the keychain is very large and heavy. On my last day the code to my box was no longer working and I was locked out. After about 20 minutes I found a housekeeper upstairs and I was able to get into my room. I recommend taking off the keychain and bringing the key with you to avoid being locked out.

Very clean, well located to Modena Centro but easy to reach by car with on street free parking. Arrival is entirely independent as a receptionist is present only from 8-1pm but all necessary information is provided and welcoming email includes all the codes for front door, room key and parking access. No elevator.

As one who likes to go to 4 and 5-star hotels with services, this was a great alternative!

Was told by the site the room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the 3rd floor. tv remote needed batteries. Couch bed was damp when we arrived. No english tv stations.

Staff made it easy, everything was smooth and the room was great.

The apartment was conveniently located with ample free parking and a few minute walk to the city center. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC very strong. Our host was very accommodating and it was a great value.

Best Location and hotel during my trip. THe room super beautiful, Cozy and excellent location to visit Modena. In the morning the lady in the reception was super friendly. If I came back to Modena, for sure I will come back again.

This listing was very misleading as I thought I was booking a hotel. No one greeted us, in fact there was no one working at all. Not only was it self check in with a lock box, but we received a parking pass that included a warning on how unsafe the theft was in the area, we didn’t feel safe parking there. The room was up on the fifth floor with no elevator and so many flights of stairs. The room was decent but didn’t look entirely like the pictures, it felt more like a dorm room. We were so disappointed that we immediately left and had to find another hotel in the area to stay at after we had already paid in full for the night through Expedia. What a disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know.

Excellent location, very quiet, easy check in, beautiful rooms

The hotel is small but cozy. The biggest problem was the neighborhood which looks nice enough but there are some seedy characters that travel, usually by bike or scooter, that you need to watch out for. We learned that the hard way as we came down to our rented car after the first night to find it had been broken into! We had 2 busted windows and a lot of headaches and financial burdens! Hotel, of course, is not responsible.

This is a boutique hotel with very limited on-site staffing. They only have on-site support from 8am - 1pm. The main issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning, which was restricted to 84 degrees F during our one day stay. The local temp was 100 degrees. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. What made it worse was they lifted the restriction while housekeeping was servicing the room upon our arrival as they allowed us in the room for a couple mins to drop our bags, but put the restriction back in place after housekeeping was done. It's couched as an Eco-friendly policy for Modena, but it came across as a money saving strategy, just as the lack of front desk support seemed to be about saving money as opposed to providing service. Again, attempting to sleep in 84 degree temps made it next to impossible and made this hotel a non-starter in terms of any return visit. Would not stay here again, especially during the summer months.

VittorioVeneto 25 was a lovely place to stay! The hotel staff is truly exceptional in every way - helpful, kind, thoughtful! They really made our staff unforgettable and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Fredrico, Rafaella, and Valeria were just wonderful!!

Beautiful, quiet and very stylish accommodation for the discerning tourist. Great location close to city sites, very well appointed room with all the required amenities and security features. Great advice on dining options and superb flexibility as we needed a place to leave our luggage checking in hours in advance. The room was a 5 star one with books related to the most interesting local people (Enzo Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti). They understand their clientele.

Plenty of room for parking right outside and a voucher is provided to park for free, although worryingly there is a notice saying car crime is common in the area and a discounted, but more secure car park should be used. Good location, with nearby shops, bars and cafes available.

Free car parking voucher for street parking, very comfortable room with complimentary water refreshed daily, air conditioning that continued to function despite the near 40 degree temperature outside and in very close proximity to some very nice restaurants.

A great place to stay! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cozy decor with plenty of light and sunshine. Parking was also easy with no hassle. Very walkable to many excellent restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend Vittorio Veneto 25!

Great stay here and in Modena. Clean and modern rooms with a great location. Convenient and clear check in if staff is not at the desk. We were able to drop our bags and explore the city until our room was prepared. The woman who was at the desk was lovely and gave us a few recommendations for food and drink. Great place to stay!
