Non trustable receptionist They told me to wait for cleaning my reserved 2 bedroom suite And after we came back the suite was given to someone else without talking to us or even apologizing for the inconvenience When We came back we were in a single bed room suite !!!

Clean.clean. Clean. Clean hotel and nice staff friendly

All things were fine except stuff were not friendly except Mr. Ali in the front desk, he is a very friendly & respectful. Laundry was very bad & damage our clothes

Late check-in, booking information not available at the receptionist, late registration requested and prepaid, but rooms not ready at midnight, room changed and room delay delayed for approximately 1 hour

There was Wi-Fi problem and the second the Air conditioning noise was quite high I told them so they said because they can’t do anything I have to switchoff air conditioner and went to sleep. I was a bit annoyed with this

They need more professional staff , I arrived at 5 pm and my room was not ready, I had to go several times to activate my room key during my two days stay

Nice hotel well decorated, surprised me regarding to 3 stars hotel , good breakfast with different types of food , drinks and bread large parking place.

I was amazed to find a very beautifully furnished hotel at such a great price.The beds are very comfortable. My junior suite definitely suited my needs with the sofa bed in the living room. The waiters at the breakfast buffet are very friendly and helpful. I would love to visit again!

Staff were friendly and accommodating , Rooms were large and clean Room rates were very reasonable , Central location form shopping areas and Malls

We were told iftar was included only to be hit with a $30 bill for one person. On top of it, the food sucked!!

The hotel was very good for the price. Breakfast was also free which was an excellent bonus. The staff were very attentive and friendly and speak good English. The room was a suite, with sitting area and kitchenette. The supplies were replenished very generously, with bottled water, and bathroom amenities. There was a leak in the bathroom which was repaired immediately. Breakfast was standard buffet of middle eastern menu. Dinners were not tested thoroughly as I ordered from a limited menu for room service, nevertheless they were of very generous portions.I didnt try the gym, although there were facilities for this too. The local area was quite open with variety of shops and a nearby mall. So decent facilities and very easy to flag a taxi when needed - no need to book or use Uber. Only draw back was that I used the cafe opposite reception only once successfully as there just doesnt seem to be much staff available in these places. Second time I waited 40 mins for someone to attend to me and serve me coffee. So I just left and used my kettle in my room. Also the wifi was not great at all. I had the technician come and connect me on my laptop but my mobile phones kept dropping out.

we stayed here for over two weeks, some of the receptionists were nice other very rude. the the cleaners spoke little english which made life hard. the showers took 20 minutes to get hot. the bed was comfy sheets were clean. the wardrobe for clothes absolutely stunk. had to hang clothes on the kitchen cabinet handles. the location was out of way but there are plenty of food and laundry services on the street which was helpful, as well as two are malls close by.. the price was good for the rooms even though i later realised the gave me a smaller room then they should have -_- the breakfast had a very small collection but with the lack guests understandable.. the absolute worst thing was that they told us we couldn't stay more nights because the hotel was booked.. even though the hotel was obviously empty i think they were changed the name of the hotel or something.. but EXTREMELY inconveniant and rude the way they kicked us out with no heads up... never coming back because of this. oh almost forgot, cleaners would vacuum the carpets at FOUR IN THE MORNING - nearly every night even though we told the reception... they did nothing!
