The only drawback, and it wasn't after I learned it was that you needed to run the hot water for about 5 minutes for it to get hot.

The stay was just ok our room had mildew smell. and carpets were dirty. bathroom room when we put the mat down and it got wet the floor was unbelievably dirty. The pool and hot tub had way to much bleach in them I got in with black shorts and grey shirt and came out with them totally bleach. the black is now grey and the grey is all kind of colors. my sterling sliver wedding rings came out black. and I have to pay to have them cleaned. so I was very unhappy with our stay.

The carpet is very dirty and old, room is stuffy, couldn’t even take a shower as caulk around bathtub is moldy. AC unit very loud and could not adjust it.
Only stayed because we checked it late and couldn’t leave.

Our stay was excellent. The only issue we had was when we got to our room it smelled musty. Don’t know why but we had some air freshener and it took care of the smell.

Rooms musty mildew smelling. TV service limited and not user friendly. Receptionist and lost staff could not speak English. Bathroom floor dirty. Mateo was most helpful and friendly (fixed AC, informed as best as could be done the poor TV service, arranged for room change bc lights in first room would not work. Additional fees added at checking that were not disclosed online at reservation. Could not change nor would they refund money or cancel reservation bc of fees in disclosure and poor condition of rooms. Very dissatisfied with this hotel chain/room. Ll

Had a mini kitchen if we wanted to cook. Quiet throughout the stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was very little musty smell. Negatives were breakfast was just okay (scrambled eggs and beans) and the juice machine was broken, and the elevator on that side of the hotel was out of service.

Stayed 2 times. Rooms are okay. Beds not too comfortable but not that uncomfortable either. The stay was great each time. The hotel is outdated and could use some updating. I love the kitchenette. In distance to great dining and shopping not far.
My biggest complaint is the breakfast is not great but other than that the hotel is okay.

The pool was very cold. There was only one tiny bottle of shampoo there for a room that sleeps 6 !! No sheets or extra pillows to use on the pull out couch to use.

This hotel is DATED.. Old and kind of refurbished.
Lipstick on a pig, refurbished...smelled, bathroom was clean but had wash rags from previous guest hanging on the shower curtain that cleaning crew missed I guess..
Curtain had dirt or mildew on it...just not worth the money to stay there..

The Price was good and the room was clean however one of the issues we had was it was a suite with a kitchen full size fridge and a small cook top however no where to be able to really sit and eat in the room.
I had asked at one point for dishwasher tabs to be able to run the dishwasher before we checked out and was told they were on backorder.

The hotel staff were helpful for the most part. The hotel itself is in need of maintenance. Shower head was disinegrating. Shower had mildew. Saw 2 bed bugs during stay. Breakfast was not my favorite with refried beans every day but 3 when they had sausage with the eggs

Still trying to cure from the bed bug bites. The room was humid with a damp smell on the carpet and sofa. I got their late and just needed to rest, I would keep away and pay a little extra, even if it’s for one night.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was ok.
Unfortunately, when you walk in there is funky smell. The first room was extremely humid and the sticky environment made it difficult to sleep. The carpet was damp and sticky. The worst part was the bathroom, which had a clogged sink and filthy toilet.
We asked for a second room which was not humid but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a spider web and what looked like mold.
Again the staff was very polite and nice, however, the environment was not great.
