Location is a short drive to the central town, quiet place where the hotel is located at. Room was spacious and clean. Easy parking.

booking for a disabled access room as per booking was unavailable and room offered had on grab rails in shower or toilet and floor in wet area was extremely slippery not a very pleasant experience

A real challenge to have a shower as the water temperature constantly varied from scorchingly hot to icy cold.

Property was clean almost to hospital standard. The cleaners should be congratulated.
There were 3 maintenance issues that need attention.
1. Power point next to bed changing out of the wall - wiring exposed.
2. Hole in wall from front door being opened too vigorously.
3. No soap / shampoo holder in shower recess. Had to put items on floor of shower.

The room was clean and staff very nice. The only real issue was the hot water. There was not warm it was very hot or cold. 1ml this way burning hot and 1ml the other way freezing cold. Besides that it was good

Clean, compact, attractive unit with everything needed and a little bit more. Particularly appreciated the chamomile tea for bed time.

We stayed for2 nights and the room was so quiet and very clean. King bed was comfortable. Would have liked 2 extra pillows to be able to watch tv. Manager was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

A convenient motel close to my family in Warragul. Comfortable bed and all needed extras.

Nothing unique. Carpet was dirty and stained and needs replacing. Curtains were unattached from hanger. Bathroom was in good condition except for poor patching of holes where towel rails had been removed.

We have stayed at the property several times before, and always had good customer service with the reception when checking in. This time, I found the staff member quite blunt & not very welcoming.

Nice neat and clean room with a pleasant view of the gardens at the front of the property. Convenient parking at the back, just outside our room. The room was quiet at night, and we could not hear any traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were in good order.

I arrived way earlier than the 2pm check in time, room was ready, gentleman on the front desk was very welcoming.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were very small for the money. No breakfast was available 😢

We had a king size room and the room was large and super clean. Only downside was the aircon was really noisy (old Id say) and we stayed in one of the front rooms and there is no allocated parking for those so that was a bit awkward. But overall good and we will be back when we visit family again

All was good, except the room size as well as the bathroom were too small.

Good clean rooms, beds are firm, included breakfast option is sufficient. Downstairs rooms are noiser due to wooden floors.
