Always a great experience. Great rooms, restaurant and bar. I have stayed here many times and ranks very high in my hotel list.

From our entrance to our exit staff was kind, pleasant, very helpful in assisting with travel needs around town. Great amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, bar) for all travelers. All staff made us feel at home away from home.

Decent clean and comfortable hotel.
Breakfast is 17 euro a head. Lots of free parking space.
Our room had the toilet in a small closet, with a small sink that was absolutely useless. So you went to the toilet in the closet, and then had to go to the bigger bathroom to wash hands.
If you pick a room without balcony, the guests who have a balcony can look directly in to your room, so you’ll have to keep the blinds shut at all time.

The room was big and open. Nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub. We liked the fridge, but disliked that there was no real glas in the room, nor real cups. For a 4 star hotel that is low. The plastic cups was not even refilled during house keeping, also low. Otherwise good location, nice balcony lot's of parking spaced albeit only 5 with charger for EV.

A very welcoming hotel with large shared spaces and very welcoming employees.
The rooms are very large and with lots of light. Pool and fitness area are modern and of high quality, and the restaurant is busy (needed to reserve a table) and has a large variety of foods, incl. lots of fish and vegan dishes.

My stay wasn’t great. The rate that I picked on Hotels.com wasn’t honored at check out. When I asked the staff about it they were very rude. My room was dirty, there even was a pair of dirty underwear under my bed! Additionally the food in the restaurant was not very good.

Clean and modern hotel, nice sized rooms and fresh bathrooms with both shower and a large bathtub. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice location and no noise from the surroundings. Food in the restaurant was great too, and again the staff was so helpful and friendly. Will definetely come again. Thank you!

I always stay at Van der Valk in Enschede when working in the area. The location is super convenient, and the rooms nice, clean and large.
The spa and gym area is cozy, clean and has everything needed for a quick work out and a relaxing break.
The restaurant and bar is great and offers a wide selection of good food.
The service and staff is super friendly and welcoming. And in general I think a stay at this hotel is really good value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here - especially for business trips.

The room was large and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, it had a huge bathroom (shower and large soaking tub!) and a large balcony. A quick taxi or bus ride brings you to the city center where there is lots of shopping and great restaurants. If you want to stay at the hotel, they have a fine dining restaurant, workout room and indoor pool. Additionally there are nice walking areas, or rent a bike for a longer tour of the city.

Parking lot was huge so no lack of space. Outside terrace was awesome. It’s a 20 minute slow walk to city center where there are a ton of shops, restaurants and a casino

Fabulous hotel, excellent view from higher floors, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast and above all great staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Although our stay was only one night everything about this hotel was excellent from the lovely spacious room (with a power shower) to the helpful & polite staff to the wonderful buffet breakfast (though this is extra charge) & our own little balcony. Everything was great and pity it was so short a.stay.

This is such an amazing hotel! The room was deluxe, much larger than any other room we stayed at during our European vacation. The hotel had wonderful amenities. The pool and sauna were fantastic! The restaurant served up the most delicious meals! The staff were friendly and very helpful! Our room had both a rainfall shower and a soaking tub. The place was spotless! This is just a small detail, but the coffee maker was outstanding—-I want my own! Staying at the Van der Valk Hotel made my stay in Enschede that much more special!
