Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and the valets were very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Amazing location near the river and right beside the great American ballpark. A lot to do and great walking along the river.

Was a perfect place to stay at when traveling to the city for a Reds game. Also would be a great place to stay for a Bengals game too.

We were supposed to stay at their sister hotel down town, but they gave our room to someone else and moved us to this hotel. About a 20 minute walk to Bengals stadium. Nice location and quite.

Great location and plenty of entertainment and food options within walking distance. We were here for a Bengals game and the stadium was just a few blocks west of the hotel. Hotel is right in the middle of all the fun stuff to do at The Banks! Room is spacious and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff was simply amazing. Helped in finding another room without question and another one (Saad) was so friendly & engaging. Everyone was great!! Loved our stay!

Racing cars cars parked in road closed area blasting their music to the point that the walls were rattling made for a very sleepless night a supposedly nothing could be done to calm down the very loud intense situation. At 2:30 in the morning

Valet parking is MANDATORY at $42 a night. There was no TV remote in the room and my wife forgot her entertainment bag so all we had was the TV to kill two hours. I called the front desk and was told one would be sent up. We waited two boring hours waiting for the remote which never did come. It came back to the room at 9:30 that night to no remote. I called down to the front desk again and was told he would personally bring it up. After waiting again for 45 minutes this time we gave up and decided to go to bed. I went to hang the “Do Not Disturb “ sign on the door and found the remote hanging on the door know with no knock to let us know the remote was there. The hotel is perfect for location since Great American Ballpark is right across the street.

We came to Cincinnati to watch the Reds and this hotel is a 2 minute walk to the stadium. Very friendly snd professional staff. The breakfast was very good as well.

Nice little hotel with a nice rooftop view. Experienced the fire alarm at 1145 which was a bummer but can confirm it will wake you out of sleep.

It's the perfect place to stay if you're in town for a baseball game. The park is right across the street. The hotel is great and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is if you face the street that runs into the ballpark the bars are open late and it can be very noisy. Be sure to ask for a room off that street if you want a better night sleep.

Great location and great area to attend football or baseball game! They’ve done area up right with wonderful views. However watch fees/charges if book with 3rd party as they both tried to charge us. Still waiting on refund

Beautiful hotel right on the water(across the street) The staff was very friendly and accommodating The room was very clean and a lot of attention was taken by the staff to make sure this was a wonderful experience I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Just a wonderful experience

No hand soap in bathroom and faucet needed repair dropped water on floor i wiped it up and realized floor was dirty was very convenient for reds game
