We were greeted by name by the most lovely woman. She was so warm and kind to my kids, even giving them little goodies before we went to our room. The hotel was beautiful and clean and smelled so nice.

People will ask why I perfe Hilton, why not 5 stars.i have to be honest Hilton is not on the stratosphere of the Marriott. Microwave fridge The staff is great The breakfast changes the biscuits and gravy should not have been free. I enjoyed it. The restaurant I take that back the bar. They do not have a restaurant okay, I'm getting to the reason if I do not put up with this with the 8th largest city in the US I'm definitely not going to do it in a small town they charge for parking

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. The location is perfect - nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is both walkable and convenient to local attractions. The peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay.

Good stay overall but annoying that I got charged for parking even though I didn’t have a vehicle and had to call twice about it to get the charges refunded.

Overall, the whole family liked our stay at Springhill Suites. It was clean, well maintained, quiet, and the pool was great. They have an extensive free breakfast. The only thing that would have made it better would be updating the matresses.

We booked a king bed and got 2 extremely uncomfortable queens. They gave us free parking for the mix up but they have a whole huge parking lot, I’ve never had to pay for parking in an actual establishments parking lot outside of the city. Portland yes, Bend really? We won’t be staying here again.

All staff, from reception, to 'breakfast help,' to housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. And my son thought the 'gym' was decent. 😀

the only rough part was breakfast. the layout has everyone merging in one area. Not the staff's fault but bad architecture, trying to get food turned into a hassle which kind of set the tone for the rest of the morning.

I never stayed at this hotel before , its clean and quiet . However, I did not have a comfortable matress . I think it should be replaced to be honest. I woke up earlier then I wanted to because my back was hurting.

There was a relentless clicking sound in our room. Finally at 1:00am we called the front desk to ask for help, as we couldn’t sleep. The person working was so rude and seemed extremely irritated with us, and we were just trying to figure out a solution.
She interrupted us to say she had a guest in front of her (like we aren’t guests) and said to call us when we knew what we wanted to do (which was….what??)
For $200 a night (plus they charge parking which is a little ridiculous) I would expect at minimum helpful and polite service.

Pool was full of small children so we couldn't use it as they were agents of chaos. Should be another place for kids to go pee

Great rooms, nice hotel. Charged extra for parking on their own lot which I did not think was right. I did not see on their posting that it was an extra $15 per day. It is ridiculous that hotels have started charging extra for parking when they know people are traveling and have cars, just an extra way to get extra money without posting it in the rate.

Motel was clean and modern. Pool was small, wasn't to happy about the surprise parking fee. They also charge for wifi if you use it. Nothing was mentioned about that. They have a hidden fee for everything here that would normally be included in other motels.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Pool was great and hot tub was nice. Gym was nice. Our TV only had a select few channels that worked the first night we were there. Our room phone had the busy tone every time we tried to call the front desk so we had to go downstairs when we needed something. I told the front desk but there wasn’t much resolution. The walls are paper thin, we got a room on the 4th floor (away from all the families staying there for the wrestling tournament that weekend) and still got woken up early by people with kids next door. Parking $15 a night to park in the parking lot but we should have parked near the curb and walked a little closer. Would do things a little differently but I think we would consider staying again for the location.
