Did not really intend to reserve at B&B but glad I did. The Inn is very clean and tastefully decorated with countless thoughtful touches. I had complete privacy. Easy check in and in/out. Breakfast a sumptuous feast with all the variety one could desire. Madeline is a gracious host, warm and friendly in perfect balance.

I've stayed at many inns and bnbs and this one is well-run and on the top of my list! The room was very clean and cute. Check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. Madeline called me ahead to let me know the room was ready for us as we were in a rush to attend a wedding. The breakfast prepared by her was fantastic and the dining space itself was a beauty. She also got a lot of nice local art at display. We loved the vibe. You have to stay here when visiting Ithaca!

The house is beautifully restored, and guests have access to the living room/dining room area to read or relax. It's a short walk to town, so the location can't be beat. And the breakfast? Yum! Truly everything you could want in a B&B.

Wonderfully quaint and full of nice touches like fresh cut flowers and magnificent breakfasts.

We stayed in the gazebo room - very nice. We especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious!

We stayed overnight in the standalone, airy gazebo. Comes with a comfy firm king bed, soft sheets, a jet tub & a wet room shower. The ceiling is painted an airy blue & there are 2 sets of drapes to block the light & make you feel secluded. Comes with a wraparound porch & a rent-a-puppy named Olive. ♥️ We declined the puppy but said yes to a fabulous breakfast. (they didn’t actually offer the puppy to rent, but she’s a friendly little thing that made it feel like home.) Lots of good things. The only negative is that the tv is small & a little tough to see from bed (admittedly we are used to 55” or bigger). 10-min walk from Ithaca Commons & Restaurant Row. Wonderful hospitality!

This was a delightful bed and breakfast. It was spacious with a separate bedroom. The large open area had a pull out sofa, desk with a lovely window, kitchenette with a table and four chairs, and gas fireplace. The bathroom had a large soaking tub and had separate entrances from the bedroom and living space. There was also a private porch. Our breakfast was cooked to order and delivered to our room at the time we chose. Overall, a wonderful relaxing stay!

The innkeepers are welcoming, attentive and helpful. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the space. Breakfast was beautifully presented. We enjoyed a lovely stay.

We rented the Blue Room on the Villa, which is a darling room in a pretty cottage with a kitchen and living room. Everything about this room was nice except for the street noise at night. The blue room is in the front of the house off a fairly busy through street. The road noise of cars driving past was pretty loud while trying to fall asleep, and in the early morning. Other than the noise, the room was quaint and comfortable, except for the pillows which were lumpy and flat. I requested better pillows and the staff left us two more comfortable pillows the next day. They were very nice about it, and I wished I had spoken up earlier. The ensuite bathroom is pleasant and private. I think the rooms offered in the back of the house were probably quieter. Next time I would request one of these rooms. I also wish I had stayed at the main property, where I hear the owner cooks a wonderful breakfast. Our breakfast pastries were fresh, but fairly bland and doughy. I liked how the staff left a separate box tied with a bow for each room. And the bowl of fruit was appreciated. There were coffee and tea to brew and drink. I wished they had included a loaf of bread for toasting. The back of cottage is quiet and wooded with a small porch and table/chairs. I enjoyed eating my breakfast outside and birdwatching. There was plenty of parking.
