The offering of food was limited and not enough variety for various diets. Room was small we had asked for 2 beds and the room had four so there was little room for us.

I loved this hotel that is convenient located near train/ bus station and all main attractions of the city. Fantastic place, clean, staff, comfort and great breakfast. Loved vey much.

The hosts were very kind. They even made us a to go breakfast since we would be missing the normal breakfast on the morning before our flight. The daily breakfast was delicious and they custom made our coffee each day. The location is perfect! It is only a 5 min walk to the bus/train station and 8 min walk to the Old Town city center. The rooms are very clean and cute.

This accommodation is close to both the train and the bus stations. It is a small, historic guesthouse, which also has a restaurant. The included breakfast was very good, and I also ate several meals in the restaurant besides having breakfast. It’s very close to the downtown area as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good solid stay. Nothing fancy and slightly dated but good to stay in a clean normal inn. Felt way more local and central. Location was good.

We only booked one night due to flying home the next day but first impressions were good. Comfortable, clean room and friendly, accommodating staff. Only a 5 min walk from the bus/train station and a short walk into the Old Town. The only slight negative was the lack of blackout curtains (which didn’t bother us as we needed to be up early) but light sleepers may want to take an eye mask.

It is a simple guesthouse, more like a bed and breakfast. Nothing extraordinary about the place. The best thing about my stay was the caretaker, Betty. I have been to 70 countries, hundreds of cities, and stayed in many accommodations. I would say Betty was one of the best because she really cared about guests' satisfaction. She will help you in any way she can regarding your stay, comfort, or visiting places in Slovenia. There are a lot of places where the hotel reception simply responded to you with "I don't know" as if they were not interested to answer your question especially when it does not relate to the accommodation. I also love the location which is very close to the bus and train station that I used as a base to visit Bled, Postojna and Predjama. Cheap and simple. All thanks to Betty's guidance. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant with a large selection of food. I can't believe they also prepared Pad Thai. I will definitely book this place again when I come to Slovenia next time.

Loved the outdoor breakfasts and the dinner options. The rooms were good, beds were comfortable and the location was great. The staff are friendly and helpful and the owner is on-site all day, every day. The only downside was going up the stairs to our 2nd floor room ... difficult because I have arthritis in my knees, but most likely not at all a difficulty for most guests. Yes, I would stay there again! Overall, it's a lovely place to stay. Carolyn Petrovic

A pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay here again. Very close to the bus and railway stations (less than 5 minutes walk) and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. WiFi a bit patchy but good shower, comfy bed, nice breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Rooms on first floor with no lift. Room was quite big and very clean. Great choice if you want quick access to buses and trains or more space and peace than in the old town.

The room was really small and stuffy. Otherwise, the people were very nice and helpful, and it was very centrally located. We had a good time!

Terrible experience. I booked a room last minute together with a bus ticket from Milan to Ljubljana. My bus got delayed of 3 house so I decided to not take the bus. The guest house didn't agree to cancel my booking and make a refund ( I am aware that those were in the terms and conditions) but I would have arrived at 3 am at the hotel and they don't allow check in at that time. Awful people !! I would never book this guest house

Charming and cozy hotel with a lot of character and history. Just few minutes away from central bus/train station to the north and to the historical downtown to the south. Hard working receptionist/breakfast hostess Betty. I would stay there again.

The hotel has no own park place. You need to find somewhere around the streets to park your car. The breakfast was not so perfect. But, the service is good. Especially, the waiter in the restaurant is very friendly.

Nice old historical building and clean rooms. WiFi works and breakfast is better than in most budget hotels.
