Great stay at the Treehouse Boutique Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were restaurants just down the road for dinner (a rather steep hill) and their breakfast was really good with cooked options. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Highly recommend.

Great view from our room. Hotel is at the top of a hill so it is quite a hike if you have to walk up. The hotel is at the end of the road so there is not much room for cars to turn around

We had a wonderful one night stay at the hotel. Fortunately we were able to check in early after a long flight which was a pleasant surprise. We had a fantastic relaxing massage and the breakfast was sublime. Thank you for such an incredible stay on our arrival to South Africa.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The entire staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is also nice and the room was a good size. It's well located and the amenities are useful. I really appreciate that everyone here went above and beyond for us!

Staff was the best, very attentive and helpful! They went above and beyond their duty and it made our stay feel like home. Great location to a lot of shopping and dining and east access to explore other areas! Love the little touches like the chocolates and water everyday.

Awesome stay! Hotel was very cute, breakfast was good, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! I loved how they’re using the buckets to catch unused water to use other things for it. I should have asked for more buckets because the water took a little longer to warm up. Front staff was amazing and very helpful! The ONLY downside was the street because all my Uber drivers complained how hard it was to get out of it since it was at the top of a small hill, and there was not a lot of room to reverse to get out.

Excellent place - the staff is amazing, the breakfast excellent, the afternoon tea a treat, the roome a pleasure, the location very quiet. Higly recommended.

A warm welcome greeted us on arrival. The team gave helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble, even offering to run to the pharmacist for medication. Breakfast was delicious. A wonderful boutique hotel with fantastic staff. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful modern yet rustic hotel with stunning views. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast and afternoon happy hour. It’s a lovely safe part of town called Green Point, 15 min walk to the Waterfront. I’d Uber back. The hill is quite steep and the ride is a couple of dollars. Two things that could be improved is their Wi-Fi, it was impossible to transfer data for work and often it did not work at all. The furnishings are nice but the mattress was very hard. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was beyond our expectations. We were treated like family. The room was very spacious and up to date. Large tv, nice furnishing, bathroom spotless. There was always someone wanting to help, breakfast was amazing each morning, a nice bar, and a different homemade cake every evening. My wife got a massage at the spa and she described it as the best spa she ever had. We booked our excursions with the hotel also. They were private and we had so much fun with Ismail. He is Godsend, very knowledgeable, caring and entertaining. Mcgcini was a great bartender and helpful with anything we needed. He always had a smile and made us feel like family. We have met family for life! The staff at Treehouse really made us feel welcomed, safe and was the highlight to our trip. I wish I could remember everybody name but they all were so great!!!! I will definitely stay here when we return because we will return. This hotel/staff were gems and we really appreciated our time there. Don’t hesitate book here, you won’t regret it. 5 star hotel and it doesn’t lack in any area. Staff always went above and beyond. Someone even helped fix my wife’s broken suitcase and another helped her with her hair. We were so sad when it was time to go but we plan on keeping in touch!!

This hotel is the most eco friendly I have stayed in and I love that. The staff was incredible. The breakfast is amazing and I love the little pool area. Really good location in Green Point which makes it walkable to CBD, Waterfront, Sea Point, etc. I highly recommend this well appointed boutique hotel and think it is a great value.

The hotel itself was great, with a nice balcony and good sized, nice quality rooms. Property was very quaint and well-decorated. Bed was comfy. The intermittent power outage was annoying (as they do not have a generator) but usually it was at times when we weren’t there or didn’t need wifi. Wifi was decent in the room, spotty on the balcony. No fridge in the room unfortunately. The hotel patio/common area was quite nice, with a little pool and some lounge chairs. Complementary continental breakfast was sufficient with hot food available upon request. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Had a lovely 4 night stay as this hotel. It is well situated within Cape Town and offers a very quiet and private stay.. The staff were all excellent and very helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The afternoon tea offering was delicious and the afternoon bar was a great addition. Parking was alittle difficult at times but there is also free street parking. Would highly recommend this stay.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at Treehouse. Room was spacious and I loved the huge balcony/terrace. The staff couldnt have been more accommodating and hospitable. Breakfast was also a highlight. Hope to be able to stay again soon.

We had an amazing stay at The Tree House Boutique hotel - the staff were all so friendly and helpful, our room was lovey (with a really comfortable bed), and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is really well located in Greenpoint, with good transport links. the V&A is an easy walk away (only during daylight hours). I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great views, nice room, the service was over the top, we took advantage of several of their tours also, and they were fantastic and very reasonably priced.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Tree house Boutique Hotel! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, and the breakfast was incredible! Transportation drivers were fantastic. Ishmael even waited for us 1 hour past meeting time when our hike down Table Mountain took much longer than expected. This hotel was in walking distance to many places to eat. There was a fabulous bar and grill at the bottom of the hill from the hotel (can't remember what it was called) but we ate here every day of our 4 day stay! We will definitely stay at Tree House Boutique Hotel again if we are ever in South Africa again!

Had a wonder stay here, staff were amazing, can’t do enough for you especially Elton, Kelvin, Patricia, Ntombi and gentlemen who worked nights, Ernest. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Beautiful room and a great view of the sea. Great tea, coffee and home made cake available in in the afternoon. If driving put in 32 high Level Road as you park from here, and walk down steps to hotel. V and A waterfront 10-15 walk. Good central location. Lovely breakfast choice.

Nice location. Close to the V&A waterfront with lits of restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute walk. Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Room was clean ans spacious with a nice shower room. Didn't have chance to appreciate the swimming pool hut the breakfast was very nice with a large buffet offered as well as a variety of cooked and made to order breakfasts.

Excellent and very attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. Lovely hotel, great breakfasts and cake every afternoon! Drivers were very friendly and everyone was very helpful - I would definitely recommend this, particularly if you want something a bit different and a million miles from bigger, clinical hotels.
