I was worried because the hotel rating was not good, but I had a good rest. When I entered the room, it smelled similar to cigarette smoke, but it was quiet and the bed was large so I could rest comfortably and overall it was okay. It was nice that there was a fast food restaurant right in front so I could walk to eat.

Horrible stay!!! Bad property management!!! My room was hot, no water! My shower didn’t work! No handle for the shower to operate but that didn’t matter since there was no water anyways GEEZ!!!!

The manager lied about the breakfast there was none and was very rude when I asked about the breakfast! Then the jacuzzi did not work in our room but the topping on the cake was when the prostitute walked in our room because we left the door open asking my husband for money and got irate when told to leave!! Run people save your money!

This hotel is disgusting. There were live and dead bugs inside, stains all over the walls, floor, and sheets. The air was thick with the scent of cigarette smoke. Holes in the walls, missing handles on the shower and sink, no soap or shampoo or toilet paper. Mystery stains all over the mattress. We stayed a few minutes and then left to find another hotel

This place is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at .Roaches dirty floor wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detector should be faucet handle falls off in your hand no icemaker no water in swimming pool no microwave no coffee maker lobby closed.

It was super run down. Dead bugs in room. Pool was dark green. Clerk was not friendly. Doors did not close properly.

The pool did not work during summer time. Many items in the room was broken, dresser and two lamps. Remote nowhere to be found. Did not get the wifi password during my time there, ask when you get your key because that will be the only time you will see an employee as well ask for more towels they gave a family of 3 only 2. Could not change the air conditioning settings. The lobby was close all the time therefore it was difficult to contact the employee. There were no snack machines available. This might be a little cheaper then the other hotels but there is a clear reason why the price is like that.

For the future customers let them know the A/C needs to be turned on from front desk worker. We didnt know until the end of the stay.

It was the ugliest place I've known, broken doors, falling walls in the bathroom, translucent pillow cases, smelly beds, mosquitoes inside the room as it was outside, roaches in bathroom

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was the dirtiest, falling about place I’ve ever seen.
The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking like a rain shower from the bathroom above us.
The walls had holes in them. We could not use the shower, not only because of the ceiling leaking, but because the shower control was broken and unusable.
The service from the man on duty at the desk was horrible. He was rude and could care less about any of this.
I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I am somewhat disappointed that Hotels.com would even have these people on their website!!

The first room I got the AC wasn’t working but I had to wait in a hot room for 30 minutes before he would change my room then he said he had to make sure that I didn’t use anything or he would have to charge me. He came to look at it saw nothing was used then said he was going to charge me more. I said no because I didn’t use anything just sat down. In the next room I still had to wait about

Sheets were stained on both beds. Wall sockets are loose so phone cord falls out. The room smelled like marijuana most of the time we were there. Pool was dark green. I asked for an iron and it was burnt and black at the bottom so I couldn't iron the shirt. Upholstered chairs sre dirty and stained. Booked last minute due to death in the family. I should have paid more attention to what I was booking. My daughters were afraid to sleep in the bed.
