The rooms need some major work and repairs. The bathroom was gross. The toilet was so close to wall you had to sit on side. The shower was in bad shape and exhaust fan totally plugged. The walls need repainting and electrical definitely not to code. Such a shame as with a bit of money and some work it could be a decent motel.

It is not fancy. It is affordable. Staff are very friendly. Linens and towels crisp and clean. Could it use some updating .... absolutely. Looking for somewhere affordable in the middle of a blizzard ... this is it. Smart tv if u have Netflix etc accounts. If you make a reservation ask them to turn on the heat. Baseboard heat takes along time to heat a single pane room.

Staff was friendly and helpful but washroom showed signs of mold and could’ve used a deep cleaning. Tired and outdated.

Was clean and safe. Liked fridge and table. Please put deadbolts on doors and top sheets on beds. Maybe a coffee maker. Thanks for the stay.

This hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was dirty, and there were spiders and cobwebs in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I don't plan on staying there again.

A nice motel, a little dated and needs an improved kitchenette area. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach.

Our stay was very good. The owners are very friendly and helpful and are working all the time. Not fancy but has all the basics you need. Location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Think they are just starting off , in the business . Very willing to help . Just had to ask for anything and we received . Pleased with everything would go back .

It was close to Tim Hortons, Rexall Drug Store, Restaurants are close by, Beach is a couple blocks away.Very dated, rug needs to be clean.Owners are very nice.

Basic amenities and that too limited. No cleanix in the room. For this type of Motel the daily rate is excessively high, should be around $ 50.00 maximum

The manager was excellent checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and asking if there was anything I needed. I definitely will stay there again. Also the rate was best I could find in the area.

The property is run down and not maintained at all. Huge Spiders stuck on large cobwebs that hit you while going to your room. Pool not working and no surprise there as grass is weedy and overgrown. Motel is dated but no excuse for the state of it. The carpet in our room was sooooo dirty that instead of cleaning it they put another one on top. And the bathtub, oh my gosh...black dirt everywhere. We did bring any of our bags in for fear of any bugs going into them. We barely slept and did not use shower but instead used the towels to make a pathway to step on, as no way were we going to go barefoot. The toilet, diisgusting. Really disappointed that Expedia supports this hotel. I wish I could get a refund

Loved the location - right on the beach!

The motel was close to the beach, restaurants and downtown. Great location and they also have a pool. It wasn’t open yet while we were there. The grounds are very pleasant with flowers in gardens and planters. They room itself was very comfortable, clean and cozy. However the bathroom was ridiculously tiny! We couldn’t sit straight on the toilet and didn’t even attempt a shower. The king bed was fantastic so comfortable. But the bathroom. Oh my. Overall a decent place.
