Shower has problem and water draining had massive problem . I asked the reception about water came to room and drain not working , she said tomorrow 🙁

It was very clean and free coffee in lobby. It was 25 min walk to centre and 3min walk to train station. The location was good! There was a bit noise due to train station. I think the rooms of other side are better

The staff is nice. The room is okay. It was a family room : one large bed, and one bunk bed … The room is large enough to contain four normal single beds, or one large and two singles, so why a bunk bed instead, strange. No key to close the bathroom, and the floor of the bathroom is extremely slipery. Nice shower, but slipery, we had to put a towel in order to reduce the sliperyness. The surroundings are ok, with two nearby REWE, and some restaurants.

The floor was not clean. Carpet was damp/wet. Poor matrasses. No elivator for your bags. You may not find a parking spot. The shower was very bad!

Convenient house with free parking outside

First day was fine, my biggest complaint would be that there were no fans in the room and it was quite hot out. Also, for four people, there were only two chairs in the room.

Spacious and warm. they have mentioned "free off-site parking nearby" but it is road side parking and always fully occupied. when i asked if there is any nearby parking available, receptionist said that she don't know anything about parking.

Nice place to stay at very close to all transport options the bed is very comfy only if the room has more amenities it would have been wonderful

Horrible rooms that were very old and dirty The bed was awful and extremely noisy if you moved an inch. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The photoes online must be old, because it didnt lool that nice at all.

The hot water during shower was not working. The check desk closes at 10 pm & doesn't open even at 8:30 Am during which we checked out while their official check out must be before 10 Am

Our room was not available so they took our none anyway and gave us a room “not far away.” It was impossible to find and we were instructed to park in a parking garage that reeked of Urine. I don’t even know the name is where I am staying. The trim is freezing. The balcony does not lock.

A very nice family option close to the center. Confortable.The room was nice for 4 people. Wifi too weak, but staff friendly.

I have been traveling around the world, six continents, on business for over 35 years - and I would rather stay in a cockroach infested shithole in Venezuela than to have to deal with the TERRIBLE customer service and lack of communication that this place delivers...!

We expected a free parking nearby but it was beside the street and full.! We expected an electric kettle as it was shown in the pictures , but had one wet glass. No welcome drink !. No breakfast !. Although it was required and nobody there to answer.

I could not check in as the message did not get to me on time. I could not contact reception and had to book into another hotel at great extra expense!

The hotel is very simple, but great for one or two nights. The staff was very kind and the room and the bathroom were clean. The area is also very nice and the train station is just few meters away from the hotel. You can easily reach the city center or the airport. For me, the only negative point was the noise. The walls and doors are not isolated and I some guests were really noisy during the night.

Room itself was nice. Clean, comfortable bed, giant windows overlooking the train station. Very convenient location, walking distance to Altstadt and right outside Zoo station. There is an also really close, but no fridge or microwave to use to cook anything you buy so you have to get creative or only eat out. We didn’t have tea or coffee maker in our room as advertised. The biggest problem that made this stay not good was how close the trains are. There is no air conditioning in this property, and as we were on the 4th floor and there was a heat wave it was unbearable hot with the windows shut. So we had to keep them open which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except those trains are LOUD and they run ALL NIGHT. We got no sleep while here. Problem could be solved by installing air conditioner, having a fan in each room, or at least providing ear plugs to the guests. It was ridiculous how loud those trains were and it completely ruined an otherwise fine stay.
