Excellent stay, immaculate, good condition, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, friendly staff, and beautiful view. Close to Weirs beach, concert venue, and gunstock mountain!

As its name hints to, the Grand View is appropriately named. The vista of Lake Winnipesaukee and surroundings hills/mountains is stunning, I could have spent my 3 days just appreciating the sight. The owners were friendly, helpful and offered the use of the main building's wrap around porch to enjoy more of the 'grand view.' We stayed in a motel unit and it seemed the unit was recently redone from floor to ceiling. It was inviting, clean and comfortable with a smart TV, coffeemaker and supplies as well as a microwave wave and refrigerator. The bath was supplied with abundant towels and toiletries. Outside, the grounds and pool area were well groomed and maintained. A grill is available for the guests use, if desired, but there was no true kitchenette in the unit as shown on the Expedia website. The pool area is spacious, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, floats and towels at hand. We were invited to use the fire pit, but we didn't have time to enjoy an evening under the stars. The Grand View resort is close to Weirs Beach, as well as, many areas for family fun and dining. A quick walk across property lines will direct you to a local ice cream shop. (Yes, we did enjoy a scoop or two of the homemade treat.) Looking forward to our next stay at the Grand View.

This place was amazing! We stayed in a cottage, and it was meticulously clean and newly renovated. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the view is spectacular!
The salt water pool was great, too! The owners were so hospitable and lovely to chat with!
My only drawback was we were only booked for a one night stay. Can’t wait to return to this location! Definitely a must visit!

Such amazing views, friendly staff and owners, salt water pool was amazing, cute little cabins and rooms, beds were extremely comfortable, dog friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean, next to a gift shop, ice cream & candy store, short walk to the weirs pier but Tower hill was a workout, bars open till 2am. Just amazing. I didn’t want to leave. I will be staying here again!!!

Beautiful, clean, updated and amazing. The view was unbelievable. If there were more stars I would give them. Well worth it. Close to the weirs and everything Laconia has to offer.

The owners were very nice. Place was beautiful. Dog was able to walk freely around the property! Fire pit, large wrap around deck that overlooks lake. Beautiful and peaceful!

We stayed in cottages both times and enjoyed both stays completely. The newer cottages have a larger bathroom and kitchen area; but the rest of both cottages are furnished nicely, and the beds are very comfortable!! The owners are both very friendly and accommodating!! The hotel is convenient to many attractions, restaurants, and markets. We will definitely be staying here next year!!

We stayed in a small king cottage with parking right outside the door. It had a front porch with a view, its own picnic table and grill. Surprisingly great small refrigerator. Short walk to the wonderful salt water pool. The interior is ready for some modernization, and the air conditioning unit was very loud.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The owner was very welcoming and informative. Our King Cottage was immaculate and quite nice. Parking for the cottages is right next to it which is terrific and very handy!! We had an awesome view of the area from our private porch. We loved it there!!

Property owners clover and Kirk are dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. Property reflects pride of ownership. It was immaculate inside and out, everything in working order, comfy bed and AC unit. Wonderful pool with a great view. Very good location, quiet yet situated near so many attractions. Friendly guests who are repeat visitors. Already booked for next year. What a gem!

Perfect place to stay for a visit to the Lake. Beautiful view with lots of chairs around the large porch, nice, clean pool and the room was absolutely spotless. The owners were friendly, as well as other staff. The grounds are well-maintained also. The owners have two dogs, Max and Lilly who were the highlight for me. So sweet and friendly! It was like coming home to my own pup. Do book a stay at the property-you won’t regret it!

We stayed in an updated queen cottage with 2 queen beds - adorable cottage and sparkling clean. Plenty of TV channels to entertain my children. The owners made a point to come around the resort each day and cleaned the rooms themselves. They were so accommodating, making sure there were enough clean towels by the pool and that we were enjoying our stay. Beautiful built in pool with amazing lake and mountain views. We will definitely return!

The owners were super friendly. The rooms were updated, unlike a lot of the hotels in the area. Views were amazing of the lake and a beautiful porch to enjoy the view. Only wish the weather was better.

The view was so impressive..really stunning. The owner was very helpful and friendly..Loved the cottage..Looked like a lovely heated pool,but the weather was too chilly..The only improvement I could recommend would be the wifi..very slow and spotty.

This is our favorite place to stay on the lake. The owners have done such a great job creating a relaxing, inviting place to stay with one of the best views of the lake and mountains. Getting up for sunrise is worth the wake up! Our favorite place is the cottages but the rooms in the main inn are wonderful too.
