Check in was not a welcoming experience. This was my first time encountering an offensive receptionist. Their back park lot was roped off w no entry- so I parked my car in the street and walked over the rope to inquire how to get in. Room was larger than expected. Bed very comfortable. Cable TV difficult to navigate. Breakfast was good. I inquired why I was charged an extra $25- she said it was for incidentals and that it would come off my bill once it cleared. It never did. I wont book thru Hotels.com next time.

I paid on Expedia and the Holiday inn Had NO rooms at check in. I need a refund. I had my 81 year old mother so I had to go across the street to Hampton INN in Fort Mill SC

The hotel is great in everything! The staff is very friendly, they would always talk to us and our small children when we passed the the lobby. The location is excellent, next to highway exit and plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. I also loved that they use Dove shampoo, conditioner and body/hand wash.

The two older ladies at the feont desk were so nice! The one at night said she kept an eye out for car break ins and the one in the mornings answered all my questions. Both nice and welcoming. The room was mostly clean. I will say the tile floor was a little sticky, i fount 2 hairs, and courners were rusty looking near the floor. But realy it was far better then those things. Everyone i saw ( even guests) where cheery. Breakfast wasnt grand, but it was good. The eggs, biscuit, sausage, and pancakes is the best part. With other options too. I had a good night sleep and i booked again for an extra day because it was thay nice. But please dont compare too a fancy resort! Its not that nice! Just right and nice for what i needed.

My stay was great as always. From the time of reservation until checkout. The front desk agents are amazing. Along with the cleaning crew. Mrs. Kelley at the front desk is always so welcoming and such a great spirited young lady. She needs a pay raise!!! Everything is great there. Thank You

My second time staying here this year. My room wasn't as nice as last time but the location off of I-77 is great and it's close to where I visit when I'm in the area. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I won't hesitate to book again when traveling to this area.

Staff was exceptional. I was expressly impressed by the courteousness and professionalism of receptionist at check in.
Her name is Ms. DESTINY. She was very pleasant and inviting. No unexpected surprises. No unpleasant odors, smoke, or loud noise.I enjoyed a good night's sleep. I will definitely book and stay there again.
